Shengli Telecom India Private Ltd — Connection issues (No connectivity) since 3 days | |||||
I am facing connection Issues(no connectivity) since 3 days, I took my connection on 30th Dec 2015. I have called their customer care on [protected] near 20 times and every time they say we will send an engineer in a hour or the engineer is on its way but that engineer has never showed up till now. They make reasons instead of solving my problem, no proper solution has been given to me till now . I would like you to look into this matter and provide me a solution or refund the entire amount I have paid with installation charges.. My Internet speed is slowing down its current speed is 1 mbps aprox after I checked. My plan is for 2 mbps. It's been going for around 15 days now. id is [protected]@123
