Shine.com — account created without consent; cv likely hacked from some other legit portal

I am the latest victim of this shine spamming...
Kept getting endless calls today from crass, rude callers who had no clue of what they had in store for me career-wise, but asked for money to provide any job description!

I have sent out an email to shine customer care (Since they won't let me close the account that they created without my permission) to close my account and delete my information immediately from there.

Hope this happens soon; i am tired of blocking spam numbers already!
