[Resolved] Shine.com — Additional services sold after blackmailing | |||||
I purchased an online service worth 1299 only on shine.com website. However I received a phone call immediately from[protected] and they told me to activate another service or they shall not be able to help me with my profile. After I purchased this service, they told me to purchase another service without which these services are of no use. They kept pressuring me and I kept buying services though the payment links forwarded by them. After a point they said that they are selling the last service to me and this is required for the activation of the profile. I paid this amount also considering this as the last amount to be paid for their services. However, then they are telling me to buy one last service and have also sent me a mail confirming the same. I have spent more than Rs. 20000 now and this is a reason of concern. Request you to take action as the people logging into the shine.com website is being pressurised in this manner.
