i have contact shine team regarding job support. initially the have informed to pay Rs 3567. After that relationship manager contact to me. he manipulating to me to pay Rs.6357. Again he forcing to me pay, i regret to pay . he blackmailing me .if you are not paying before paid to be waste based on his black mailing I have paid upto Rs40000. paid upi transaction attached for reference
Why these things is not maintained or mentioned in the Shine portal before taking this service? why these things are hidden?
Why in a call we need to pay all these amounts? also why don't you have a refund policy which we have bought now and didn't use your service yet or activate your service yet. As per govt rules we have an option to cancel at any time with in 15 days. You are in media industry dont you know this?
I want to cancel both of my below services I paid 23rd march, for which I didn't use the services till now and want my refund back. If you say you can't refund and there is no refund policy I will proceed legally and get my money back
