Ankit Singh of Shine.com (HT Media) misled and manipulated me to do multiple fraudulent transaction worth around Rs.71, 507/- within few minutes.
On 31st January 2026, Ankit Singh contacted me from the number [protected], claiming to operate from the Gurgaon Shine office. He misled me into purchasing multiple products and services related to Job Search, completing seven separate transactions totalling around ₹71, 507/- within a few minutes. I was not given adequate / complete services information about the job search / recruitment services upfront when I purchase first service, later he kept asking to pay for additional services only then get full benefit and keep on enforcing purchase more services which he claimed would be beneficial but i find it latter that it is not much use for me. The entire process was rushed and lacked transparency.
When I asked to revoke my purchase and refund my payment he told NO REFUND possible, I need to purchase other services as well. Only then I realize I was mislead and got to know later there are many people cheated by them before with similar way. I believe I was deliberately manipulated and defrauded of ₹71, 507/-. PLEASE HELP ME GETTING A REFUND FOR THE MY FRAUD TRANSACTIONS. Was this information helpful? |
