[Resolved] Shine.com — Cheating in the name of consultant service

I had availed a paid service from shine. Com after paying 9400 rs. Till date I have not got a call from any consultancy or from any company resulting to the paid service taken. When got back to the team high lighting this as a concern I was given a wrong mail id and at the same time they have stopped responding to my mails. I need the entire money refunded as I can't waste my time on following on mail for them to respond. Can you please treat this as a concern n arange get the money back
