Just check what conversation between shine people with me here i am attaching.
1. shiva (CRM from Shine) indirectly accepted what he did on my case. he told me "from his END he is willing to give CONCESSION ON THIRDPAYMENT "
2. sonu ( initial person who contacted with me) said you can shoo on us nothing will get from shine these kind words used by these people. and moreover they said there is a policy like if any customer asking any further payments are there or not.. according to the Shine policy don't reveal anything until the first payment is done.
Before second payment i used a word like "how can we believe in the future if you hide these things" also this siva didn't reviled third payment is there. It means these job seekers all are fools we can play with their feeling right?.
THIS KIND OF POLICIES ARE ETHICAL?
This entire conversation is recorded just check it.
1. why shiva accepted JUST CHECK AUDIO RECORD 3MINUTE 30 SECOND ON WORDS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.
2. sonu also accepted what you people are doing indirectly.. so clear my issue and give justice for my case. just check it every conversation between us.
I am a job seeker, may be or may not have money. to pay the initial amount itself, if we know everything we may make a decision to pay or not. This kind of process is unethical because when we asked you people regarding further payment matters, intentionally you people are intentionally hiding the further process.
siva and sonu used a word in no need of any further payment. Now these people are saying don't think about payment, just check our services. We will give the best services like that telling at the end conversation you just listen and give justification. in this manner if you people are doing,
Hoping you may give positive justification for my problem.

11.46AM FROM [protected] AFTER LONG CONVERSATION (51 MINS 27 SECS).AFTER GIVING THE ASSURANCE FROM HIS END I HAVE PAID SECOND PAYMENT. AFTER PAYMENT ONLY HE REVIELED THIRD PAYMENT.
BEFORE THIS SECOND PAYMENT I HAVE argued a lot about second payment. at that time also am angry about hiding the things. but he said this your policy.
