Shine.com — created an account without my consent

Hi... I got a call sometime before from shine a lady asked if she can create an account with shine.com i said no as i am not looking for a job. But the next day i started getting emails from shine.com. I sent an email to them to delete my account but they ask me to inactivate my account by logging. Why the heel should i log in when i didn't create the damn thing. [protected]@hotmail.com is my email just bloody delete that account
