[Resolved] Shine.com — Deletion of my account | |||||
Hi i have uploaded my cv and now i want to deactivate my account from shine.com. Hence i had sent an email to their email id : [protected]@shine.com on 6th june'16 and till date inspite sending 4 back to back emails asking on the status, nobody has reverted on the same. I called up the customer care on[protected] on 8th july'16 13.12 pm and told them entire details. The person told me that we will reply but not sure when we will and hang up the call. This is the pathetic service these guys are providing. They are not ready even to listen customer's concern and no other way to reach out to them and disconnecting the calls if we ask for any status.
