[Resolved]  Shine.com — Fraud Recruitment Call Scammed my Money

Hello Complaint Team,
On 23 September, 2023, at around 10:22 am, I got a call from a person named Amit Kumar who introduced himself as an employee from Shine.com. He told me that I was shortlisted for a job at Cipla Company and I was obviously very delighted hearing the news. He told me about all the posts vacant in Cipla and asked me in which would I be interested, I chose the post in Pharmacovigilence. After all the necessary talks, he said that I will be having an interview at the same day but to book myself an interview slot, I would need to pay Rs 2500. I was doubtful for awhile but somehow he managed to convince me. After that he told me send my passport sized photo and adhar card through WhatsApp (WHICH I IMMEDIATELY DELETED AFTER I SENSED SOMETHING WRONG)
I paid the said amount through Google Pay to another number whose name is Surya Narayan. After the payment was done, Amit Kumar called me again and said I would get a mail regarding my interview id and also another mail which had questions and answers related to Pharmacovigilence. He further added that if I didn't get selected for the interview, the amount I paid would be refunded immediately but if I happened to be selected for the interview, then the paid amount would be refunded along with the first month's salary. He also said that I should only go ahead with the interview if the other person on call knows my interview id.

After sometime, around 11:25am, I got a call from another person who then connected my call with the said HR. The HR took my interview and I was starting to think it was legit until at the end the HR stated that if I got selected for the interview, I would have to pay Rs 8500 for the training which would be for 45 days and the money would be refunded in my first month's salary.
He said he needed to talk to his team about the interview and would get back to me to let me if I got selected or not.

Later I got a mail saying that I was selected for the post. As soon as I got the mail, the person, Amit Kumar called me again and said I was selected and how I had to pay Rs 8500 then and there for the training otherwise some other person would get my post.
At this point, I was really sceptic and said no I don't want to go on with the training and asked for the money I paid to be refunded back.
He stated that since I already got selected the money would only be refunded with my first month's salary. I said do you have any other options and he said that I could send a cancellation mail.
When I messaged him on Whatsapp asking where do I send the cancellation mail he said call me so I called him and he said to send the cancellation mail, I need to send Rs 1450. After sending the cancellation mail, both Rs2500 and Rs 1450 would be refunded altogether.
That was it for me, I didn't send the cancellation mail nor did I recieve anymore calls for that number or any other number. Now I see on Truecaller that the fraudsters say they are from Shine.com but have their name in Naukri.com, which I checked and Naukri.com doesn't have any of those number registered with them.
Shine.com is a fraud who takes advantage of people looking for a job.

Total amount paid - Rs 2500 through Gpay.

Please complaint team, it may not seem much of money but it is a lot for me.I will be hopeful that you would look into this matter and help me resolve this. I would be sincerely grateful if you could help me get my money back from those scammers who took advantage of my desperate need for a job. Please help me.
