[Resolved] Shine.com — fraudulent recruitment and refund

I had call from shine and told mi all details regarding joining to hcl company with training facilities for testing field and said to transfer 5000Rs to their particular bank account after depositing the money to their account then later 1 day they arranged my telephonic interview and then the day after that day the had call to me for my selection and then demanding more 9200Rs for hcl's training process and also said both amounts are refundable after joining hcl... When i declaine this demand and said him for cancellation and money refund then now they says i[censored] want to refund ur money then first deposite 28% amount on 5000 to their account and then they refund my 5000Rs...so pls suggest me somthing and kindly return my money to given bank account detail:
