Shine.com — Harassment and Fraud

Hello, Please find below details on incident.
Date: 10th Jan 2024
Description: I received a call from Shine. com's executive yesterday morning. He asked me to buy some premium services which costed around INR 3792 and said there would be no other charges. I got another call in evening from their relationship Manager named Suresh who was very arrogant, impolite and rude asking for another INR 5194 saying it would cover resume verifications and other diff thins. On paying that he sent me another request for INR 9566 for resume verification and said we can't proceed till you pay this amount. When I denied on the payment he started being rude, almost harassed me for making the payment. I want no services from shine and want my money back.

Hi, I am not satisfied with any explanation that your agent provided. Again, they were very rude, didn't want to hear my concerns. I don't want to use any services since they were sold to me using fradulent tactics. Kindly refund my money.

I got a call from one of your executives who said they can refund my money back if I pay them an extra GST amount 18% on a personal phone number which is a big red flag. I am failing to understand your processes and how everything seems like fraud in your company. Please refund my amount ASAP.

Hello Team Shine, I don't want to take any services. Your executive on the welcome call was very arrogant, didn't address any of my concerns nor did pretend to listen to them. As I repeat, Money was extracted in a very fraudulent manner through harassments' and torture. Please refund my money and train your executives on how to talk to customers.

In case you don't wish to refund my money, Let me know so I can take things to next level legally.

Hello team shine,

I haven't noticed any excellence, honesty or accountability in any conversations with your executives. All they have showed is ruthlessness, dishonesty and fraudulent tactics. Please check you call records on how your executives have behaved and train them on selling services, since you claim to be a service provider. I have the call records, and before I take them to social media or legal authorities please process my refund. Also, after selling services, your relationship managers don't call? This is the kind of relationship and service that you provide?
