Shine.com — I have opted out of all communications but I still keep getting calls

Hi team,
I have unsubscribed from all notifications and i have deactivated my account. But i still keep getting irritating promotional calls from them asking me to activate my profile. If i am looking for a job change i know how to activate my profile and search for opportunities and it should not be a job portal forcing me to change jobs just because they have job listings with them and to earn commission money from the organization.
