Shine.com — I was cheated by shine

I got call from shine for a job from ashok leyland company and they told me to pay 1500/- and after paid they called me and ask me another 6200/- after that again asked 11500/- for online test i paid this also. They told me these amount is refundable. And after that again asked 18000rs for training purpose so i declined and asked them to refund my money. But they didn't respond. Please help me
