I received a call from one of the executives of shine learning and he told me that shine supports in linking candidates to right recruiters. He told me number of services and said that i need to pay for many services for completing my profile. I said that i dont want to pay for all services at one time, but he kept on convincing me till i made payment of around 80000 on 6th august. I got a confirmation that all my services have been paid for and i need not make a single payment now. I dont have to worry and will be connected to the right people. Then the executive called me again in the third week of august and said there was one more course which i need to pay for. I got really angry and said that first do justice for the money already paid. He called me again and again and kept on convincing that the course which he was talking about will really complete my profile and i will get some very good opportunities. He said that the course was around 35000. I told him that i did not have that much money in my account. He asked me how much i have in my account and then when i said that around 20000, he showed as if he has talked to some one and sent a invoice of 20000 at my mail. He kept on calling untill i made that payment also. After that i did not receive any call for 2 weeks. Yesterday i called for asking the status. He called me up today and said all the things were complete in my profile. Then he again started saying that some more payment needs to be done for some action to take place. I was so upset that i asked him to tell me the way of refund of my money. I told him that i had just taken up one course and the company can deduct that money. Apart from that i have not used any services so far. Please refund my money for other services. He was not paying attention to this and was busy convincing me for paying more money. I felt really cheated and cut the phone. I then searched the web and found this complaint portal. Please help me getting my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have discussed with my Layer regarding this fraud from Shine Learning and i am totally ready to Lodge a Case with following details:
According to INDIAN PENAL COURT 1860, Case will be filed on IPC 415, 416, 419 & 420 for Cheating Case as Dealt under Criminal Law and IPC 421, 422, 423 & 424 for Fraud Case. Along with Section 24 for Acting Dishonestly and Section 25 for Fraudulently.
Since these Shine team do a WELCOME call after paying huge amount of money and tells that we dont provide any job for you and all, This FRAUD will comes under the Sections 24 & 25 which is totally happened with all the people raised a complaint here in this Consumer Complaint.
