Hi all, Please don't subscribe or buy any shine services. It's all fake fake fake & fake. After receiving payment they don't know you. I did'nt get any services after paying the said amount. It was sunny sharma who told me to subscribe the service. After subscribing the service, he asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 6000. I was told that, without this i won't get any services. First of all they don't inform about the complete details of services. Neither the exact amount to be charged. Step by step they started revealing their extra amounts. When i asked for refund, i was told by ashish ranjan & sunny sharma that once paid your money is gone it's gone.. This is one way street. I paid amount on 30-january 2018, & i didn't get any refund or the services as promised. It was sunny sharma & ashish ranjan who behaviour was rude and arrogant while talking to me after receiving the payment. Lastly don't fall for it. They'll ask you to pay immediately after sending payment link. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from shine.com and they apologized for the way they asked me to pay another 6k, they are going to activate my service with the same amount 3k which I have already paid. They also asked me to mark this issue resolved and co-operate with them. Shine.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
