[Resolved] Shine.com — mis sell of the service and no information about hidden code | |
Hi, my name is neha sharma. I got a call from shine about the reference service costing rs 3103 for 6 months. I was explained that my profile will be taken care by experts and my resume will be re done by them. I will be given login id and paasword for my dashboard where i can apply for jobs and my resume will be forwarded to the companies. Simultaneously i will be shared the contact number of the top management people (Or person taking careof hiring process) for the company.. I was told that they will arrange an call back from expert to whom i need to tell all my requirements about the job profile and expectations about salary package, etc. Today i receive a call from an experst asking me to pay rs 12000 for the resume service. My concern is regarding that only. Why this cost was not told to me?? Is rs 12000 is so low for you that you choose to ignore and tell to customer. Why it was told previously that in rs 3103 amount which i paid my resume will be re - done? The sales pitch of the service offered was such that i need to pay this amount only and no extra payment is required to be done. It was very very very disappointing, after i told i cant pay rs 2000 i wes told bluntly that i case i dont pay they dont take any responsibility ofd the job. There is no guarantee that i willbe contacted for the interview or conatcted by the company. If this rs 12000 hidden cost service was the baseline for everything, according to which job offerrs will be done, dont you think this should have been communicated. Please address to this issue on priority. I am so much disappointed with the behavious and approach of the executives that i am reluctant to take any chance and take this sevice forward.
