Shine.com — misguidance and money back request for the services which i have never availed

This mail i am writing in deep pain and frustration against shine.com the way i am being misguided to avail the services of shine.com. Please note the series of interaction happened.

1. Got call from front end executive that to avail the shine services i have to pay rs 4412. I insisted for complete information but it was not provided and i was kept in dark for upcoming future services payment.

2. After initial payment. I was told to pay another 6000 plus in the name of employment verification for which after lot of deliberation and assurance from ms pooja that no further hidden cost is involved after that.

3. After getting clarification i again got the above mail for paying additional rs 13000 which was again never told me to pay.in discussion with pooja i clearly mentioned to inform me right now the complete payment or hidden cost involved further and she insisted that i don't have to worry even a single ruppee as it was the final cost which you paid.

All this is very surprising and frustrating for me and i request you to arrange my payment back as i dont want to avail services from shine.com further more.

I hope to get my money back to avoid further escalation at any forum against the shine.com.
