[Resolved]  Shine.com — Misguided me to buy paid services

This company called me numerous times (representative name Avishek) and asked me to go for paid services for more interview calls. After a few days, I bought it but after that, I didn't receive one call in the last 3 months.
This company tries to lure the customer by claiming that they can help you get numerous interview calls but you ultimately receive none. I wonder how do these companies are fooling people and not facing any repercussions.
Their customer service is extremely poor. No one picks up the call when u dial their customer care number.
I bought a resume booster and application highlighter.

The response from the consultants/recruiters depends upon the availability of job opportunity with them which exactly matches your profile.

If there are any other issues that need to be addressed, now or in the future, please inform us. We will be happy to assist you with additional information and of course to answer any questions from your side.

I want refund. When I had purchased the package for 3292 rupees, i received a call after couple of days asking me to pay 10000 rs for facilities that I was promised would be included in 3292 package. You are committing fraud
