[Resolved] Shine.com — money not refunded by shine.com and shine.com money refunded team not give a proper solution

Dear concern

After register my complaint i got a call from your side (Shine money refunded team) mr rajeev ([protected]) they said sir we will refund your money. But you need to pay 10 % of your payble amount (22400). Than i will pay (2250) 10 % of my payble amount. After that mr rajeev not receive my call. Dear concern please do needful. I have need this amount please refund my money i am really thankful for this.
