[Resolved] Shine.com — Money taken without any service
From Shine.com your Customer service called and informed that they provide Job assurance service and an amount of Rs.2999/- is to be paid for it. I also checked with them if any other amount is to be paid. They clearly informed that they do not require any amount. The concerned department will call and update your information and CV and start looking job for you and within one month you will get a Job. After that another Female called and was informing all their services and finally telling me to remit another Rs.6, 500/- . This was shocking to me and informed that only because I do not have money or job I am paying this amount and want to earn my bread. The details of my payment is as follows on 29.12.2016 29/12/2016 74766516364651648536161 SHINE.COM INR WWW.SHINE.COM IN 60 2, 999.00 31/1 Now some other person named Shriram is calling me and informing me to desclose all details of my Credit card for refund. When I inform him to pay by cheque, . he is refusing and informing me that Re.1/- will be taken as charges and the amount paid will be refunded and for debiting that one rupee he need all details including CVV number which is not supposed to be given over phone. I need my refund immediately of Rs.2, 999/- with interest in my name N.L. SRIDHAR and send it to my address R Block, 42, 15th Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040. failing which I am publishing all these information with record in all newspapers and file an RTI complaint and consumer forum Was this information helpful?
