[Resolved] Shine.com — no services provided after making huge payment | |||
After registering in shine.com, one mr abhimanyu called me and promised me on advantages over opting additional services in premium. I had already paid around 5k for upgrading to premium. I asked him clearly how much it will cost and he told around 15k in addition to the 5k what i have already paid. I agreed for it and he sent me 2-3 invoices to make payment over the call itself. After completing around 20k of payment, he started sending another 20k invoice. When i disagreed to make that payment, he started threatening me that i will lose whatever i paid till now, and this is the last payment which i have to make. I was forced to make that payment once it was done, he again sent another 20k invoice and same drama happened again. He started explaining all benefits of it and i had no choice than accepting him, else according to him i will be losing all the money which i paid till now. He made me pay around 72k in less than 30 mins over the phone and told me all services will be starting in a weeks time and i will be getting a job in a weeks time etc. But after that i was not getting any calls or emails or updates from them and again i called him other 3rd party services which they have made me register. But very cold response from all those 3rd party agencies. Abhimanyu started forcing me to make one more payment of 30k, which i clearly denied and didn't make the payment. After that he never attend my calls nor they do any service for the amount i paid. I asked for refund, then shine.com will tell me that i should ask the 3rd party agency as they have handed it over to them. 3rd party agency will tell that they cant do anything and i should ask shine.com. Only service what they did was created a professional resume for me, but that was just 6k of service. Basically for doing nothing i paid them around 70k and i would like to get it refunded as they are not doing any services what they offered.
