[Resolved]  Shine.com — non transparent service charges

I got a call from Shine.com whether I need help with my job searching and profile. I have opted for it and they asked me to pay for an amount of 3657/-. Once I've paid for it, a Family guy name Umesh who have been working for 15 years in the company called me and asked me to consider him as a brother and he will lead me to the success path. He explained many other things that was not mentioned in the initial mail and then again asked me to pay for another 5192/- for another set of services. This alarmed me. I searched for similar incidents and found a large volume of people who have been scammed similarly and most of them were asked to pay over 25000/- in total. I asked about this and his tone changed after this. Brother turned to Scammer. When asked for a refund, call was transferred to another guy, who casually and sarcastically said there is no such provision for Job search portals. After this Family guy Umesh brother started taunting me that my cv is outdated, which by the way was in the latest standards. He then talked too harshly and said someone from the current packages team will connect to me and explain the taken packages to me. I want a refund and if you can't do that I will go to farthest when the Law takes me.
