Dear Team,
I have paid 35000 to shine.com on 8th January' 22 for availing their services as I was looking for a job but now as I am not looking for a new job I am not willing to avail their services
But shine Team has denied for refund
If a customer pays for availing the services & if his/her mind changes ideally refund should be provided?
It's not 1000 or 2000 it's 35000?
I need refund request help for the same
If Shine is not providing services why should they sit with their customers money? It's their duty to return back the money Not having refund policy is not an answer you give your customers?
