[Resolved] Shine.com — Not refunding my paid amount rs.6300/- - reg. | |||||
[protected]: On 24th of june'2016, i have got a telephone call from a person mr. Rohit singh, from shine.com, he just asked me, are you looking for an job change? I said yes. The he continued that, according to the job locations there were specific amounts, once the payment was made, shine.com will provide the recruiter details, and that payment will be valid till life time period, if i need a job change also, they will support through shine.com with a registered job id in future. Aaround 3:00 pm, i received a payment link from shine.com admin mail id: [protected]@shine.com, and a person from the telephone number (+91 [protected]: 40min 32s), who assisted me to fulfill the payment process for an amount of rs.6300/-* (Transaction id:[protected]. When the payment was made, he told his recruitment team will contact me immediately. Then i received a call from a person named mr. Maroof. Bhat, (+91 [protected], 23min 16s), he introduced himself as a recruitment team official, who deals with the client’s recruitment team directly, and he asked me to choose a location from middle east (Me). I preferred to go kuwait, then he sent a mail, stating immigration opportunity assessment, for that processing i have to pay rs.30, 000/- immediately. When i asked him why? He said it’s must to process your profile to overseas. I said, i couldn’t, and replied him that, before initiating the process of payment of rs.6300/- they have said, this is the final amount, and thereafter no more hidden charges, etc. They added that, you need not to pay a single penny after this rs.6300/-. But, now you are asking me to pay this huge amount, why?, he said for processing your profile suitable to overseas recruiters, you need to pay, and he had given me last day to pay the amount of rs.30000/- is[protected] day). He said, if i miss this chance to pay the defined amount, i will lose the opportunity. When i heard the word from him i was totally disgust. Immediately, i wrote a reply mail to him, to refund my cash back. He didn’t reply. Then after i forwarded the same mail to [protected]@shine.com, rohit. [protected]@shine.com, maroof. [protected]@shine.com. But still, there is no reply from shine.com. [protected]: The executives from shine.com, are keep on calling and trying to convince me in this with an alternate of providing details / facilities like resume writing services, etc. But i am not paid anything for resume writing services. By words they are saying while conversing by telephone, they won’t refund the amount. When i asked them to give a official mail regarding this, but they didn’t yet.
