Paid for online course for 9-12 month but service not provided. Payment was nov 2017 for rs. 9632 and i have been following up on chat service for activation with no response from shine learning When i called shine learning in april 2018 they said the service is expired and now you need to pay rs. 11, 000 or continue with the course.
