[Resolved] Shine.com — Paid for php training and not received credentials | |||
I had a look into a PMP certification training offered by Shine and looked very appealing with lots of material, so I did proceed to payment and before paying they asked for your email address and phone number, so I gave them, and proceeded with the payment. What they didn't mention is that I would be given access from 4 to 5 working days. I just found that out after a very long and unpleasant conversation with 3 different persons. They try to sell every possible product they have before they mentioned that I will not have access to the training material I already paid for until 4 to 5 days!
