Hope shine team doing well. Today again a call received by me from Shine team to take service again .
I deny for that service to take your Shine service . Clearly told to my client managerShobha and Swati.
I told them, I need my full payment refund as soon as possible
They deny to refund the amount, already given the response to team why I am not intrested to take your service of Shine . During call and payment to shine my ICICI account is noticed toId did not use a single day service . I already told them that during concall of payment to Shine and fraud call is detected and the payments which were given to Shine team on phone is traced by hacker .
I request team and bank to block my account which I used during concall with Shine .
I requested to team to refund my whole amount and I not using your service any and there my account is traced by some one during payment to Shine team .
My client manager Shobha and Swati both and their team members who already in discussion during the con call when I am searching about service what would be best for me . All deny to refund my amount
I expect from Shine team that my whole payment will be refunded as possible in this week .
