Hi Team, Seeking your help regarding the refund of the amount i submitted with shine.com. Have been chasing them for more than a month but helpless. Just after subscribing i realised they don't have any relevant job options as been discussed and committed by their sales staff member. Before subscription their employee was in continuous followup even on Sunday & 12 pm in night, but once i got dissatisfied and started complaining that i am not able to find any jobs related to my field then they started putting it back on me that i am only not able to search properly. I followed their instruction but again could not get any option & stopped my search immediately or can say is not availing their service at all. I even twitted marking their CEO & consistently asking their customer service team member to connect me to any of their senior but till now nobody else has contacted me other than the same girl who is just extending this matter from past one month and instead of helping me out blaming me only. Let me clear this also, as per her i got a welcome call confirming my consent to start with their plan, its obvious any candidate will confirm on the basis of what their sales team commits at initial stage. If whole thing depends upon this confirmation call only then better they should teach their sales team for not getting so aggressive selling their plans on false commitments. Secondly while browsing i just clicked on 2-3 referrals, but never proceeded with any further process as by then i had realised that they don't have any required options available. But still once on Sunday i got a call saying " Mam we are connecting you to the interviewer" i immediately disconnected as on the other hand i was already following up for refund and how one without any prior information can directly connect to interviewer that too on Sunday, not just this next day i got a mail " That we will soon be providing you the feedback on your interaction with the interviewer' which i haven't had only since i disconnected the call. Now seeing their seriousness after chasing them like everyday, twitting, requesting for any senior intervention i have lost all my hopes from their end. So please help me getting my amount released at earliest to me have wasted so much of my time & harassed now, kindly help me getting my money back.
