[Resolved] Shine.com — representative behaved rude/unprofessional and said she will block me in shine.com | |||
Team- Ever since i updated shine.com, i am getting calls frequently for getting into paid membership. I am fed up and blocking numbers as its gets when i am at work or meeting. I have informed 1000 times i do not want to be a paid membership. Today a girl from shine.com called me and humiliated me stating "if you dont want to be a paid member, why you created your profile? Why dont you delete it because you keep saying not interested. She was not ready to listen me and talked unprofessionally. Her number was -[protected] true caller name was showing - thane service office. She said she knows how to block my profile in shine.com. Is this the way you train your representatives??? Is it necessary to be a paid member to be in shine.com? None of the other sites ask for the same and nor anyone shouted like this. Height o[censored]nprofessional ism.
