[Resolved] Shine.com — rude behavior by shine representative | |
I got a call from [protected]. A lady spoke too rudely asking me for a reason for not becoming a prime user. Even if i said i am not interested, she did not leave me and kept on saying like ' you denied twice, do you know what we do with prime account, tell me why you are denying'..in a more rude manner. I was shocked at one point, when i said i will then need to come out of shine. She said, "ok you can delete your account". I'm totally frustrated after this call and launching this complaint as a result. Is this really how shine treats people? Was this information helpful? | |
