[Resolved] Shine.com — Service disappointment and refund | |
Hi, This is Narayanan from Chennai, registered and paid member of shine services. 1)on 30th october’20 Mr. soorj from shine mislead me and made me pay rs.60, 000 plus for activating services. 2)there was no update from shine after payments after escalations my profile was handled by mr.munesh 3) after multiple escalations 25 days later got a draft copy of my resume which was very disappointing and was not able view it in first place again after couple of days follow up mr. Munesh had sent me those draft copies over mail and I had expressed my disappointment and also was very vocal about refund. After 1 week again then have come back with same lethargic approach on resume. 4) verification of certification part of paid services. Why should I upload the same. I can produce the same during time of interview or when hired. Need refund for the same. 5) WhatsApp activations. Till date have got couple of totally irrelevant WhatsApp messages wrt job opportunities and shine had taken Rs.25, 000 from me for this service. In what way it is justified. Need this refund for sure. 6)calls on wish & will without any intimation and finally blaming the customer. 7)in total I want my refund back and do not wish to avail any services from shine which anyways has not been provided to me till date.
