Hi team, I received a call from shine.com regarding application booster service of around 4 k on 24th May and mentioned that there are no further payments to me made from my end. I paid 4000 on 24 th may. I received a call on 25th may from relationship manager (Mr Pankaj Sharma) and he continued to send me invoices to pay the amount. I have paid around 13, 000 on 25th may and when I refused to make further payments he immediately said no refund is available. I do not wish to avail any service and want my money back. Below are the transaction IDs for payments made IN20240525_996145_151435 for 8376 payment.
