I have been subjected to a fraudulent phone call from shine.com where money was taken for a service (Resume highlighter) that had not been provided. Furthermore, the individuals behind this scam are persistently demanding additional payments. I want to emphasize this issue to help protect others from falling into the same trap. Taking appropriate action on this matter is crucial to safeguard people from falling into similar traps.
