[Resolved] Shine.com — took money and extra money but no work | |||
His is reference to the shine booster package. I had made the first payment of 3363. Later i was connected to ms rajini from the sme team., however she demanded that i make a payement of rs ₹ 6478.00/- immediately. She was very rude and asked me to make the immediatly. When i told her i need the time to think of the options. However, after alot of talking she passed her phone mr rajan who is supposed to be her team manager. He gave a instant discount of rs 1000. Trusting the company i made the second payment of 5172. Now they are asking another payment. My query is why should i pay for some service that i am not interested in? Requesting you to kindly give me back my money of inr 8535. When i had asked for senior people in the team, they kept my call on hold and not responded. Was this information helpful? | |||
