Shine.com — trying to extract high amount of money in name of making resume professional and providing job opportunities

I have submitted resume to shine.com and from that moment onwards they started calling me and asking money. Every time saying that this is the last amount they are asking for and took 60, 000/ from me i have all the receipts mailed to me by them and again they called up asking for more i have the phone call recordings of their executives asking for more money
