Shine.com — Unenrolling from the courses and refund

Sir,
I Shailendra Pattanayak request you to unenroll me from the courses Education Verification Negotiation Skills with invoice number N339108 and the other one is
Communication Skills at Work place with invoice number N339116. According to my experience I no longer require these certifications I already have these skills. In the midst of the phone call I was persuaded to enroll in this courses and later I understood this is not required . I paid a lot of money for these courses which are available at comparatively lower cost at other places. Hence, I want my refund of these courses immediately.
Therefore, I request you to consider this and have my money refunded and remove my access from these courses without any delay.
