Recently, I received a call from Shine Services wherein they claimed a payment of Rs 4000 in the name of GST. Subsequently, I was informed that an additional amount of Rs 4750 is required for the completion of a pending service. Upon refusing to make this additional payment, I received a text message from one of their employees stating, "There is no use of doing complaints. File as many complaints as you can; it won't return your money."
Furthermore, the employee went on to threaten that if I do not comply with their demands and pay the additional Rs 4750, all my money will be sent to an NGO. This coercive tactic is highly unethical, and it appears that Shine Services is attempting to silence dissatisfied customers through intimidation.
I am deeply disturbed by this situation and believe that such practices need to be addressed promptly. It is disheartening to see a company resort to such tactics instead of resolving legitimate concerns raised by customers.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Shine Services for their unethical conduct. No individual should be subjected to coercion or threats when seeking resolution for genuine issues.
I am attaching the screenshot of the chat below for your reference which will definitely assist you in this investigation.
