Shine Learning — regarding fraudulent services from shine learning | |||||
Shine learning services provides professional course services along with job hunting facility. Shine learning services called on 3rd december to offer their services for job hunting and resume booster on their site which costs 4227/- i paid them the amount for this services, then they said this service will only be active if i pay another sum of 6500/- for their job referral package service. The people handling my case are munesh kumar, rajni, rajesh rana. These people hid the fact while explaining their services that the whole amount for all the services in the package costs 2lacs which includes resume booster, portfolio writing, resume writing, some certification courses. Their whole business is a scam, they also say that hindustan times is related with their services. After the initiation of the services the quality of the service is really poor and i haven't seen any efforts from their side in providing what they promised at the time of taking the money. They also offer the services for verification of education and workplace, even that hasn't done yet they always say that your documents are not proper and make excuses for the delay in providing the results. I want the refund on their services i am attaching the invoices of all the products and the insanely high cost for their services without justifying the cost for their disappointing services. I have registered with Shine learning for the AWS Solution Architect course. It seems they are cheating. I need a refund, please help.

On the Website, they have mentioned that they will be providing training through Edureka but later they confirmed that it will be through Vepsun.
But the service is very poor. First of all, they didn't start the course on the committed date after multiple follow-ups. Secondly when i told that i will be canceling the course then they committed the session but on the time the class was going to start nothing was shared. Tried multiple times calling Sourabh from Vepsun but he didn't respond.
When I spoke initially they confirmed that refund will be done and give me an hour and after an hour they told me that refund will not be done as they have not faced such an issue in past and due to this refund is never been added to the policy.
Please help to get the refund from Shine learning.
