Shine.com — amount of rs. 10, 000/- debited from my hdfc bank account without my information.

Address:Pipe Line Road, 500067

This is to inform you that i had received a call from shine.com (A job portal), at around 12:41 hrs, on the 3rd nov'19 from [protected], requesting me to apply through their web form (Careeronshine.in) for suitable jobs in hyderabad. They also told me that they will charge rs. 10/- for filling of the form.
After filling the form i was directed to a payment gateway for payment of rs. 10/-, but after paying the said amount through net banking, an amount of rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account which i did'nt approve.
I called the telephone number mentioned above to ask him to refund the money. The gentleman explained that the reason for this was due to a fault in the server. But nothing to worry the amount will be returned within 48 to 72 working hours. It is more than 72 hrs now but not a single penny is returned and the above mentioned telephone number is switched off.
I would sincerely request you to take up this matter on a serious note and try and sole the same asap. Otherwise this will spoil the reputation of your company to a large extent.

Thanking you with regards

Dear Team Shine,
From your response mentioned above I could draw the following references:
1. That Shine.com is shrugging the blame from its shoulders stating that the complaint mentioned above is fake.
2. That Shine does not own any responsibility at all though its name and web page is used for the fake deed.
3. That it would not track the person called Sachin with telephone number [protected], operating from Gurgaon who is still playing in the market openly and cheating so many more clients in the name of Shine.com. 4. I called Mr. Sachin today regarding the said transaction, he responded to my call stating that the said amount of money is received by their company i.e., Shine, through ZAAKMOBIKWIK, which will be returned to my account definitely.
5. As a customer how do we understand who is right?
I have made a police complaint on the 5th Nov'19 bearing acknowledgement number: 6876/CCPS/CYB/2019 with the Telangana State Police Department (Cyber Crime Police Station), waiting for a revert. Please do the necessity immediately to stop Sachin committing any such fraud. As I am sure he has done many such frauds till now using your company's name, if I had to believe, which is to be considered by you and you cannot just go away with it saying you are not responsible.
Please file a complaint with the Gurgaon Cyber Crime police, with the details and submit details to me. Please show some effort in stopping the crime committed and not just shrugging off from your shoulders. It is our hard earned money at steak. The call details with Sachin today at 12:10 HRS is attached

Today I have received the same call from Shine.com through a different number [protected]. On enquiring about her name and office address she dropped the call. This racket is still functional and nothing is being done to arrest them.

Exactly the same thing happened with me today.. Without my knowledge it's deducted and they ask for another card number to refund but nothing such happened.. I'm seriously concerned for the hard work we do to earn the money and these people just earn it by fooling innocent people around.. I'm really waiting to get my amount at the earliest..

No action is taken by Shine.com yet, as the fraudster is still in the open committing more of such crimes without any obstruction from any authorities even the police.
