Shine.com — amount of rs. 10, 000/- debited from my hdfc bank account without my information.
This is to inform you that i had received a call from shine.com (A job portal), at around 12:41 hrs, on the 3rd nov'19 from [protected], requesting me to apply through their web form (Careeronshine.in) for suitable jobs in hyderabad. They also told me that they will charge rs. 10/- for filling of the form. After filling the form i was directed to a payment gateway for payment of rs. 10/-, but after paying the said amount through net banking, an amount of rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account which i did'nt approve. I called the telephone number mentioned above to ask him to refund the money. The gentleman explained that the reason for this was due to a fault in the server. But nothing to worry the amount will be returned within 48 to 72 working hours. It is more than 72 hrs now but not a single penny is returned and the above mentioned telephone number is switched off. I would sincerely request you to take up this matter on a serious note and try and sole the same asap. Otherwise this will spoil the reputation of your company to a large extent. Thanking you with regards Swarup chatterjee Chatterjee. [protected]@gmail.com [protected] Was this information helpful?

Exactly the same thing happened with me today.. Without my knowledge it's deducted and they ask for another card number to refund but nothing such happened.. I'm seriously concerned for the hard work we do to earn the money and these people just earn it by fooling innocent people around.. I'm really waiting to get my amount at the earliest..
