[Resolved] Shine.com — Collecting money fraudulently

I received a call from shine.com and after one mr. Kushal desai, their executive spoke to me, i asked all questions about the charges that they levy and after being told that only rs.2780/- is the charge, i paid up the money through my debit card.
Today one mr. Saroop singh from shine.com calls and says that i need to pay another 14000/-
I was shocked and knew that it was fraud that these people were indulging in.
I have proof of payment and want my money back immediately.
Further when i was shocked and refused to pay new steep charges, mr. Saroop singh started calling me names and talking impolitely.
This is a bad experience and i want my cash back.

I have paid this money yesterday and today one Mr.Saroop Singh called from shine.com and asked for Rs.14000/- more!!! This is shocking and i have put it up complaints on an online website.
How did they create a link on your name/
And they are operating on behalf of shine.com.This is an organized fraud and i shall pursue it to the end.

Please note this. My complaint is ONLY against saroop.singh who called and asked for Rs.14000/- payment today.
I wish to place on record the wonderful briefing that I received from Kushal Desai. INFACT I HAVE PAID AND ENROLLED ONLY DUE TO THE EFFECTIVE BRIEFING OF MR.KUSHAL DESAI.
Please get me right. Only Mr.Saroop Singh did not appear genuine due to the sudden demand of huge cash transfer.
