[protected] Nature of Complaints : Fraudulent issue Complaint Details : Dear concern I am visit the shine.com side and upload the resume in the side and fill the all coloum .After few days call to shine consultants and consultants day your ptofile is match for job and you are registration for shine .com you submitted the fees 2500/- in the a/c number who are already send shine consultants in my mail.In the next day shine consultants conduct my interview with icici bank hr .in the evening icici bank hr call to me and complte the telephone interview .icici hr say thay you are select for job and package and profile decide but Hr demand for security fees amount 8700 and ask you will pay and i will send offer letter for evening .in the same day i will come to local branch and got the number of icici bank hr and i am call to hr name harshvardhan singh was repiled i am not call to any sonu kumar today .i am say to hole matter to shine consultants and replied to shine consultants morning i will verfiy to hr team .in the next morning not pick the my number . Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund. This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements. Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.
