[Resolved] Shine.com — receiving calls/mails for fake job opportunities | |||||
Hi sir/madam, I'm a victim of fraud job provider company "shine.com".in july'18 i had received msg and calls in the name of "shine.com" and also i have been asked to do some payments process by process by sending me a fake offer latter from yes bank. On that time i was desperate to join an banking organisation and have done almost rs 45, 000/- payments (Rs. 1500/- registration charges, rs 6500/- documentation charges, rs. 14000/- training program and rs 22500/- company's bond agreement) to a nadiya tabassum a/c no : [protected]"punb0412700 (Pnb). I was foolish. After that payments they had switched off their phones till date. Had mentioned below that peoples name who had done calls to me during that time also had some voice call recorded with me. Aarav - [protected] Aditya agarwal - [protected] Anurag singh - [protected] Keshav mishra - [protected] Now on 20/10/2018 i have again receive a mail for jobs in the name of"shine.com". I had called the given mobile number ([protected]) which was mentioned in shine.com mail. They are saying there have lots of job vacancies but first i have to pay rs. 1550/- amount as registration fee. I had asked them to provide the a/c number for payment and they have send me a individual person account details same as previously they had send me a individual person's a/c details but this a/c number is different then the previous. We will like to clarify that Shine.com is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants/Paytm. Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com. Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund. This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements. Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.
