My self bharat gole, i am belong to mumbai. I was looking for job.
On december 29, ms. Pooja from shani.com called me. She said, she looking my profile and she have so many opportunities for this profile and so & so.

On that basis, he got me registered. - inr 2903
Certified negotiation manager & background verification - inr 6100
Comptia course & exam fee - inr 16610 (Yet not received any course related study material and online learning credential and exam voucher)

Total pay - 25, 613 loss my money without any refund.
All this amount proforma invoice send by
([protected]@shine.com) this mail id.

Every time their demands were increasing, when i refused they say, your profile cannot be completed without making the payment. Manager was not trying to understand that i am in no financial condition to do the extra amount payment and kept on saying the same thing again and again.

Again, their phone came to me on 5th january, that your profile is not complete, for that, you have to do this course, its price is 30999.
When i refused they say same think, your profile cannot be completed without making the payment. I am not pay this time...

After that no one call from shine.com and i didn't get anything from shine.com, which i paid money.

I would like to get whatever services they can provide with the amount i have already paid to them. If that is not possible, i would request a refund of the amount.

Kindly register my complaint against shine.com.
For your clarification i have all recording calls and mails.
