Ihad ordered a product from the seller named zeel boutique on 8 June 2022 regarding 2 kanjivarma silk saree with stitched blouse, & i got my parcel on 15 June 2022 i had chosen COD option so I paid 1400 rs but when I opened the parcel that item with i ordered was changed & different also defective

My parents were scolding me i am in depression now, please give me justice
When i called your customer care number they are telling me that this # shiprocket is only for the sack of seller, what ever happened to buyer/ customers we don't care about them !!
How is this possible According to The Consumer protection Act 1936, i kindly request # consumer complaints.in to take action to this shiprocket, & do the needful, it's my humble request sir
Please I beg you its 1400rs, please 😭 refund my amount as soon as possible ...
