There is a delay of 4 days in pickup of parcel and no one tell when the parcel is picked up...

I booked a COD parcel whose AWB is [protected] the customer refused to recieve the parcel because he went out of station reason due to some emergency the parcel then Ready for RTO now is been 3 days since its showing RTO Delivered & Return accepted but i haven't recieve the parcel till yet. I have raised the complaint b'coz now i want the order value of that parcel but still no response has been coming i want my shipment charges my RTO...

I have ordered a prepaid product though a genuine and official site and while tracking expected delivery date is keep on changing every alternate day.. it's was like 10 days in total

My Parcel AWB:[protected], has consignee address of PVR Limited in Hyderabad, Telangana. As per the POD provided by Shiprocket, The parcel is delivered to "inn style" at Chennai.

I have been contacting Shiprocket support since the intimation by Consignee about Not-receipt of parcel, but no resolution provided.

How shiprocket is so irresponsible that they delivered my Parcel not only at some...

All time they said in.my parcel weight discrepancies, but we given all time prove, but when I am asked do you have prove in my parcel any dispute then that said we dont give prove only you give me prove.
My point is when courier person pickup the parcel after next day they are checking my parcel on that time they are not send any msg after 4 days parcel will be delivered and after 10 days they are send me msg and said in your parcel...

I don't take any parcel and, , , the company said that customer was rejected the orders.

The fraud guy from the Bluedart shiprocket is not delivered my AC on time . the guy called me and i said correct address and he said i will come within half an hour and we waited we very long. I have placed an order for one micro garlic chopper with shiprocket on a COD basis. The products id delivered after a few days without a bill and warranty card. The product worked only for a few seconds and stopped working. I try to recharge it but did not succeed. I send a message to shiprocket regarding the same, but they responded that "we are not responsible for the products. Please contact the seller" They do not share the seller's name...
