I have shipped products to ahmedabad adn they are lost and shiprocket is denying to do anything using their policies and refusing the refund. Plus, whenever i am talking to them and asking them questions, they just cut the phone (FYI, they say that they can't cut the phone).

Incident
Order creation date: 28 Apr | 17:11 PM
Delivery place: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Problem: Shiprocket's courier partner xpressbess took the shipment and marked it delivered. We sent the our product as sample for a business deal to vendor in Ahmedabad (we entered the amount as zero to avoid confusion at later stage during bookkeeping activity). The item was marked as delivered and after few days we got to know that it was falsely marked as delivered. We got to know about this incident after 3 days and shiprocket told us to reach the courier service to ask about the delivery status. After more than 30 days, it was confirmed that the parcel was lost and when we asked the refund of the product and the shipping fee, they asked us to reach out to the Shiprocket.
Now they are denying us all the services saying that they can't do anything and told us to reach out to them before hand (within 72 hours). Basically, they are asking us to reach out to all the customers and confirm whether the item is delivered or not even if the tracking is saying it is delivered.

    I have ordered a product and it has been delivered (Tracking id- AWB[protected]. However, the product I have ordered and the product I have received is not the same product.
    Pl take necessary action so that I can receive the same product as I have ordered or make refund of the COD amount Rs 1400....

    I ordered a Power Knee Stabilizer Pads - BUY 1 PAIR999 worth Rs. 999 but today i received a broken sunglasses fame. When I'm trying to contact to Shiprocket customer care they clearly said that they are not responsible and also not providing the seller information. They just making fool.

    Still my complaint is not resolved by Shiprocket. I already asked Shiprocket team to warn his seller Blazingkart to send me the correct item which I bought or return my money but still there is no response from Shiprocket.
    Its look like a scam and they are working together to making people fool.

      I have orders the europe buyers details data CD from worldbiz. Com but i recieved the CD from them but there is no data stored in the CD . They are fraud peoples. Making the consumers unhappy . This kind of buisness should be eliminated .

        I have sent a order using Shiprocket on 13th june which was supposed to be delivered by 17th June. But its been 20th now, and there is no status update after 13th june. Customer care is of no help and keep giving standard answers like Please wait 24 hours. But still no response or update.

            I had chosen Shiprocket to deliver a package worth 1600 to lady bazar warehouse which is located in Gujarat.
            During the time of delivery the kept asking for OTP from the customer which the customer was not receiving and they did not retry the delivery as well. After few days I asked them to get the package back to mumbai, which was then stuck in RTO and then it mentioned as delivered where as I have not received it. I asked them to refund my amount which they agreed upon and asked me to wait for 10 days post 10 days I again called the customer service they told me to wait for 2 days I have still not received the package neither did I get my refund back.
            Horrible service provided by Shiprocket can never trust this company again.

              My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...

              why have you ordered if you dont want to accept

              Why dont you cancel it online

              I am fed up with customers like you

              Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel

              ...
              After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.

              I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.

              It is requested that please take necessary action against this Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.

                An order was placed on 4th June by HouseOfKalapi. It was supposed to be delivered in Lonavala. When it finally reached Thane, the order was sent to Pune, back to Thane and then again to Pune. Then for 3 days after that it was sent from Pune Dhankawadi hub to Pune sort facility, then again to Pune Dhankawadi hub to Pune sort facility. It was supposed to reach today, that is on 14th June, but now it says the delivery will be done on 17th June. Very incompetent and sketchy service that keeps lying about having picked up and despatched the order.

                  Not delivering the order

                  It has been over a month that i placed an order from one of the Instagram stores, but I didn't receive the order, 2 days ago i got a call from ship rocket that I'll receive my order the next day, now I am calling them, it's not reachable and didn't receive my order....

                  My package is missing for the last month and there is no update on it. The package has rare and expensive items that need to be found. Any help in the finding the pacakage is appreciated. I know it is out of scope but pls do try. I just need to know where my package is. I dont care how long it takes to reach me, it NEEDS to be found. Much appreciated.

                          I placed a order from shiprocket on 24th may 2022 and estimated delivery date was 27th may 2022. The shipment reached destination on 27th may 2022 but no delivery attempt has been made. After calling many time to customer care of shiprocket, no action has been taken. By this there is monetary loss to me. Awb- [protected]

                              I booked a COD parcel whose AWB is [protected] the customer refused to recieve the parcel because he went out of station reason due to some emergency the parcel then Ready for RTO now is been 3 days since its showing RTO Delivered & Return accepted but i haven't recieve the parcel till yet. I have raised the complaint b'coz now i want the order value of that parcel but still no response has been coming i want my shipment charges my RTO charges and my parcel value all together. B'coz the parcel lost is not my mistake it is a fault from your side.

                              The company is sending me fake emails that this ticket has been resolved but till yet it has not been resolved, i have also replied about it on their email, the lost shipment has not been found till yet, they are performing fraud with me, i complained them about the lost parcel that is showing the status as RTO Delivered, and they are replying about the cancellation by the customer, totally different reply from the issue raised by me, they are playing games now.

                                I booked a parcel whose AWB is [protected] the customer refused to recieve the parcel because he went out of reason due to some emergency the parcel then Ready for RTO now is been 3 days since its showing RTO Delivered but i haven't recieve the parcel till yet.

                                Second parcel i book for my near location almost 55 km from my place the parcel got stuck for 2 days around 20 km from the delivery location then RTO initiate without calling the customer whose AWB is[protected]

                                Third parcel i booked again for near my location around 60 km from my place, the delivery boy first give the wrong time to came so customer asks for 2-3 hour later time so they make it undelivered, i complaint about it and tell the team to reattempt the the delivery i've called many times and they say we will reattempt it but after 2 days it became RTO initiated and no reattempt was taken the AWB is[protected]

                                Very bad company very bad service and very bad management they always tell you we 'll be done that in priority but always use their turtle speed they use the word priority like it is nothing.

                                  I haven't received my prepaid order

                                  I have ordered a prepaid product though a genuine and official site and while tracking expected delivery date is keep on changing every alternate day.. it's was like 10 days in total
