We Placed an order on 29th Jun 2022 (Order ID[protected]) to GAS VENDOR, ARGARA CHOWK, NEAR MASJID SM STEELm Katihar, Bihar
854105, India. We send medicines to this same address each and every month through Shiprocket only. But last time the above-mentioned order is not delivered and initiated to RTO and they deducted Rs.192.50/- from my Shiprocket Wallet too. The reason they said that the Pincode is UNDELIVERABLE. If they are true then why did they pick up the parcel to the UNDELIVERABLE pin code? They charged Rs. 286.90/- for the parcel pick up and Rs. 192.50/- for RTO initiated. Now we want to send the parcel again and pay for that also. So we are requesting that, please take an action against Shiprocket and please get back our valuable money for us

    I have booked a parcel from Shiprocket AWB : SRTC[protected] which was suppose to be delivered to the customer on 2nd of july, but that consignment has been returned back to my destination and no message has been passed to me. My package is in my city yet they are not delivering my package to my office. now I want full refund of my money from them. My customer has already cancelled the deal and filled a fraud case against my company. Shiprocket working culture is so unprofessional, they dint even intimate anything to me during the entire process. when I called them then they say, the shipment has been returned with any proper information. They also cannot give me the proper info why my shipment has not been delivered.

      Parcel already delivered to customer and the cash of ₹5245/- was collected by the delivery person. Now, the delivery person has stolen the cash and placed an information in the shipment panel that the order has been rejected by the customer and will be RTO. In the parcel, instead of original goods(which have been already delivered) he placed a pillow and made a false RTO. Proof of delivery to the customer has been attached to this email along with the google drive video link of fake product which was delivered as RTO. We demand a strict action against the delivery person who has intentionally committed this fraud and also remittance of the cash which was collected by him along with the reimbursement of the false RTO charges which have been levied.

        In the status It is showing as delivered but courier is not yet delivered i am getting my orders from all the apps except this one not same address working everywhere but not at shiprocket I didn’t even get a call from delivery boy also

          Sir your cheating with sellers.

          I think you sell our buyer data with fraud agency's. Or you self do fraud with our buyer.

          Some one calling our buyer before delivery and said to do payment on their own number. He said to buyer if you don't pay. We will send your parcel return to seller.
          That why our buyer confused. And called me and tell about that.
          This is very discusting. Its not accepted from you.

            Hi Sir/Mam

            I have placed an order for laptop delivery on ShipRocket.in on 24th June, 2022. ShipRocket.in courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 28th June, 2022.

            Today it is 1st July, and still the laptop has not yet delivered, it is incurring a huge revenue and reputation loss to my company, also Shiprocket support staff is very unprofessional, they are not telling me any good reason, and not helping with the delivery of my laptop.

              I ordered 3 pair of designer and shealess lingerie from shiprocket and today I received a packet of roadside same color six bras.
              I used this site for tge first time and I turned out to be a fraud company.
              If I don't get my money back il take this issue to the court.

                    Please help me with this company,

                    Order Id #[protected] Pick up : 18th June - Expected delivery - 20th June

                    The product is on same location from last 10 days. we have made more than 50 calls to shiprocket and multiple emails/complaints. Where the company assured us to give status/delivery within 24 hours but has failed everyday, warning for filing of consumer case does not help.

                    I tried there Level1 (customer support), Level2 (complaints[protected], Level3([protected]@shiprocket.com) escalation but seems like they are just for name sake.

                    I came here with the last hope as they don't provide clear answer, no replies and no action on escalations.

                      The product is edible and it has been on same location from last 3 days. we have made noting less than 50 calls to shiprocket and no GO.
                      no clear answer, no clear communication and no action for it getting delivered on or beyond schedule.
                      the customer service is disconnecting calls, not even obliging call back.
                      These kind of start ups must shut shop if they cannot keep up with commitment.

                        I have shipped products to ahmedabad adn they are lost and shiprocket is denying to do anything using their policies and refusing the refund. Plus, whenever i am talking to them and asking them questions, they just cut the phone (FYI, they say that they can't cut the phone).

                        Order creation date: 28 Apr | 17:11 PM
                        Delivery place: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
                        Problem: Shiprocket's courier partner xpressbess took the shipment and marked it delivered. We sent the our product as sample for a business deal to vendor in Ahmedabad (we entered the amount as zero to avoid confusion at later stage during bookkeeping activity). The item was marked as delivered and after few days we got to know that it was falsely marked as delivered. We got to know about this incident after 3 days and shiprocket told us to reach the courier service to ask about the delivery status. After more than 30 days, it was confirmed that the parcel was lost and when we asked the refund of the product and the shipping fee, they asked us to reach out to the Shiprocket.
                        Now they are denying us all the services saying that they can't do anything and told us to reach out to them before hand (within 72 hours). Basically, they are asking us to reach out to all the customers and confirm whether the item is delivered or not even if the tracking is saying it is delivered.

                          I ordered a Power Knee Stabilizer Pads - BUY 1 PAIR999 worth Rs. 999 but today i received a broken sunglasses fame. When I'm trying to contact to Shiprocket customer care they clearly said that they are not responsible and also not providing the seller information. They just making fool.

                          Still my complaint is not resolved by Shiprocket. I already asked Shiprocket team to warn his seller Blazingkart to send me the correct item which I bought or return my money but still there is no response from Shiprocket.
                          Its look like a scam and they are working together to making people fool.

                                  I had chosen Shiprocket to deliver a package worth 1600 to lady bazar warehouse which is located in Gujarat.
                                  During the time of delivery the kept asking for OTP from the customer which the customer was not receiving and they did not retry the delivery as well. After few days I asked them to get the package back to mumbai, which was then stuck in RTO and then it mentioned as delivered where as I have not received it. I asked them to refund my amount which they agreed upon and asked me to wait for 10 days post 10 days I again called the customer service they told me to wait for 2 days I have still not received the package neither did I get my refund back.
                                  Horrible service provided by Shiprocket can never trust this company again.

                                    My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...

                                    why have you ordered if you dont want to accept

                                    Why dont you cancel it online

                                    I am fed up with customers like you

                                    Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel

                                    ...
                                    After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.

                                    I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.

                                    It is requested that please take necessary action against this Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.

                                      An order was placed on 4th June by HouseOfKalapi. It was supposed to be delivered in Lonavala. When it finally reached Thane, the order was sent to Pune, back to Thane and then again to Pune. Then for 3 days after that it was sent from Pune Dhankawadi hub to Pune sort facility, then again to Pune Dhankawadi hub to Pune sort facility. It was supposed to reach today, that is on 14th June, but now it says the delivery will be done on 17th June. Very incompetent and sketchy service that keeps lying about having picked up and despatched the order.
