@shiprocket is a pathetic company, their
customer support is helpless. It's a fraud
company did not return my money after the
pick up guy did not come to pick up and it said
it's already picked and to delivered. Everytime I tried to use there was some or the other issue
Shipment pick up guy was so rude and was
mannerless... Please I request you don't waste
your money and also time following up
Also I blame @delhivery equally
Please do not use Shiprocket

    I have started my online website and I ship using Shiprocket. There were two orders which got delayed for delivery i.e their estd delivery date was increased due to which my customers cancelled the order.
    One of the order of hyderabad telangana was to be delivered by 15 july but the delivery date changed to 19th july so the customer cancelled order on evening 15 july and remarks given by the shipping company were wrong address. Secondly there was an order of earphones . Here the scene was that my customer was in the college when the delivery agent called him and on the other hand he had ordered a pair of shoes which he had to cancel but because of some misunderstanding he refused my order of earphones which he actually wanted to receive.
    As per the company policy, three attempts are to be made by the delivery agent and after that RTO gets initiated but in this case after first attempt itself RTO was initiated and my money got deducted from my wallet.
    I have complained over 50 times for different reasons on Shiprocket but none of my problem got solved and my ticket got closed stating the non-trustable reasons.
    I request to help me and get my refund of ₹ 350 back and I also demand a compensation of ₹25000 for the problems and losses I have faced

      This company is fraud and stealing money from your customers. Never provide settlement and also they lost the parcels and return either damage or wrong products. Moreover, they took the amount of COD orders and never settle in your account as well as they lost your parcel. Beware from this companies fraud.

        The shiprocket associate misguided that it is meant for sending personal orders via courier companies. However, it is a business site wherein it is too tricky to send simple medicines to my home via this platform. They are asking every product name, serial no. and charges for the same. Moreover, I added Rs. 700 in its account which I am unable to retrieve. There is no proper customer care number to contact to regarding the issue faced. I need my refund back. I felt cheated

          I have ordered car cover and a arm rest from Motor hunk and the same was shipped via Shiprocket with AWB#[protected].

          Today I have received only one item from the order that is the car cover and the arm rest is missing. I have tried to call the motor hunk support team on [protected] but they are hanging up on me.

          I am not sure this an intended fraud by the seller or by the courier.

          Could you please look into this and resolve the issue ?

          I have contacted the motor hunk customer support with the concern and they have sent missing item as a suborder and I received it well. This seemed to be an issue from Motorhunk but not ship rocket courier.

              Shiprocket is total disgusting and useless. First you have to recharge wallet for 500rs and then no one came to pickup my parcel and now they are not refunding my wallet money to my registered bank account. Everything is just ### their responses, services, and CUSTOMER support too. They just ask to wait and they are trying to make a fool out of people and clearly stealing money. I raised a ticket which is still open and they are mailing me that you issue has been resolved but my problem is not resolved. They are total fraud just don't ever use this garbage shiprocket.

                Dear Team Receiving a wrong item. Kindly return and replace my order. If you don't send it in another way, I will go to the consumer court.😡 I have proof that it was brought to me on your courier service blue dart. I Am working in one of the companies and your service was done when you came to that company and everything is recorded in that video. The video was cut and sent to the forum for our consumption.

                  Ihad ordered a product from the seller named zeel boutique on 8 June 2022 regarding 2 kanjivarma silk saree with stitched blouse, & i got my parcel on 15 June 2022 i had chosen COD option so I paid 1400 rs but when I opened the parcel that item with i ordered was changed & different also defective

                  Here is my AWB no :[protected]
                  Please refund my money 1400rs

                  I had proof also, please provide me justice😭..
                  My parents were scolding me i am in depression now, please give me justice
                  When i called your customer care number they are telling me that this # shiprocket is only for the sack of seller, what ever happened to buyer/ customers we don't care about them !!

                  How is this possible According to The Consumer protection Act 1936, i kindly request # consumer complaints.in to take action to this shiprocket, & do the needful, it's my humble request sir
                  Please I beg you its 1400rs, please 😭 refund my amount as soon as possible ...

                    Dear Team,

                    I have booked a parcel via shiprocket Order # - [protected] AWB #[protected] on 25th June 2022 and it did reached the destination (partial shipment) on dated – 29th June 2022. However, I have raised a query on 30th June'22 (Complain #[protected] for the partial shipment and provided all the pre and post shipment photos along the 5 items pics which went missing in the partial shipment.

                    After 18 long days of fighting with the customer support team, escalation team (spoke with supervisor Amos and Arpit), grievance team. They informed me as the pre and post video is not there they will not be able to settle my claim. Below is the reply from shiprocket.

                    "We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you, we would like to inform you that the concerned team has done the investigation for your highlighted concern, however due to (Due to insufficient proofs ) we will not be able to process any claim for this shipment. Hence, we are considering this case as closed.

                    Prior to that I got a call from the escalation team (spoke with Amit) asking for the pre and post shipment pics along with the video. I informed them I don’t have the video but have the pics along with the AWB # and the package pics which they accepted on the call but later they rejected the claim stating the video is not available.

                    After rejection I spoke with the customer support team informing, is it humanly possible to have a video for the all the products which is shipped by a seller for which they have no answer to it. I even told them that I am willing to settle the claim amount, which is 4500, so they could decide with the management and get back to me, for which they did not get back to me.

                    I am okay to settle the claim amount, so it is a win win for both o[censored]s but seeing their behavior it looks like they don't want to do anything from there end and the seller has to suffer.

                    With such level of service, I seriously doubt till how long it will last in the market

                      Hello,

                      A courier was sent from my end to a customer named Kulvinder Kaur through Amazon Transportation Services. The AWB details are as follows[protected]. The shipment seems to be delivered as per the tracking number but the client hasn't received it yet. She supposedly received a call from Amazon courier partner to step out to accept the package, which she did but apparently the parcel got delivered and she never received it. Days are passing by but I've seen no urgency in the response as well as no prompt decision making on this issue. I would request Shiprocket to generate a refund as shipments below 5000 INR are secured by shiprocket or provide us the parcel in mint condition. Furthermore, The POD given for the AWB[protected] is incorrect. The proof of delivery in Shiprocket's website clearly states a client's signature is to be provided instead what I've received is a map of the delivery address which is again incorrect. The delivery boy never handed the courier to the client.

                        I received a msg on 4th that my parcel from hyd-chennai has been delivered where as I have not received anything.
                        After complaining for good 10 days over emails and calls, they tell me it's lost and they will pay 500/- whereas shipment value is 1.1L worth of cloths.

                        The Ceo, founder, co founder are too busy to expand business and put ads but least care about the CUSTOMER service.

                        Shiprocket has no details about their shipping partner.:
                        1) amazon shipping address ( Hyderabad)
                        2 Amazon shipping address ( chennai )
                        3) courier guy who picked up the parcel from the warehouse.

                        What ### system they use, we have no idea.
                        They just have one simple answer that parcel is lost.

                        Now we are left with no option but to put legal notice against them.

                                  I send the courier through shipeocket through delhivery courier around 2 weeks ago from chennai to port blair. But couriers dint reached the destination till now.they are not available in phone also..its Very urgent to reach there...because it is a medicine for cancer patient but no response from your when ever I track the status it's showing the same status...Very disappointed with service. 😡😡😡😡

                                    We Placed an order on 29th Jun 2022 (Order ID[protected]) to GAS VENDOR, ARGARA CHOWK, NEAR MASJID SM STEELm Katihar, Bihar
                                    854105, India. We send medicines to this same address each and every month through Shiprocket only. But last time the above-mentioned order is not delivered and initiated to RTO and they deducted Rs.192.50/- from my Shiprocket Wallet too. The reason they said that the Pincode is UNDELIVERABLE. If they are true then why did they pick up the parcel to the UNDELIVERABLE pin code? They charged Rs. 286.90/- for the parcel pick up and Rs. 192.50/- for RTO initiated. Now we want to send the parcel again and pay for that also. So we are requesting that, please take an action against Shiprocket and please get back our valuable money for us

                                      I have booked a parcel from Shiprocket AWB : SRTC[protected] which was suppose to be delivered to the customer on 2nd of july, but that consignment has been returned back to my destination and no message has been passed to me. My package is in my city yet they are not delivering my package to my office. now I want full refund of my money from them. My customer has already cancelled the deal and filled a fraud case against my company. Shiprocket working culture is so unprofessional, they dint even intimate anything to me during the entire process. when I called them then they say, the shipment has been returned with any proper information. They also cannot give me the proper info why my shipment has not been delivered.

                                        Parcel already delivered to customer and the cash of ₹5245/- was collected by the delivery person. Now, the delivery person has stolen the cash and placed an information in the shipment panel that the order has been rejected by the customer and will be RTO. In the parcel, instead of original goods(which have been already delivered) he placed a pillow and made a false RTO. Proof of delivery to the customer has been attached to this email along with the google drive video link of fake product which was delivered as RTO. We demand a strict action against the delivery person who has intentionally committed this fraud and also remittance of the cash which was collected by him along with the reimbursement of the false RTO charges which have been levied.
