I am writing this to bring into notice that a parcel booked with Shiprocket, under AWB no. : [protected], carrier: Ecom Express, is now officially misplaced.
Shipment booked FROM : Siliguri, West Bengal, 734001 TO : Morena, Madhya Pradesh, 476001
Since almost a month, my parcel remains undelivered and the whereabouts of the parcel is unknown to me. Despite raising numerous complaints with shiprocket, they have failed to resolve my query and have abruptly closed my case without a resolution. (Screenshot attached)
The shipment was "marked" as delivered yesterday, 15th November(screenshot attached), but their panel shows that it was delivered on 26th October. ( Of which I have attached the proof that even after 26th the parcel wasn't delivered and still is not delivered till date, 30th November). While requesting to raise a POD, I got an answer that I "should have" raised it within 7 days of delivery. Which is completely absurd as the shipment was marked as delivered on 15th November itself. (Screenshot attached).
So, please tell me how should I travel back in time to raise a POD ?
Also, I have been using shiprocket for a while now, and I have not seen a parcel getting delivered without it being scanned as "reached destination/out for delivery". Which in this case was stuck in gwalior since 13th of october and was marked as RTO on 26th October. ( Screenshot attached )
While tracking the AWB number on the courier's ( Ecom express ) site, it still shows that the parcel is in their delivery center. ( Screenshot attached ). So how could Shiprocket mark it as "delivered" on their own ?
The only thing that I could "assume" from all this is that my parcel has been lost and Shiprocket is not wanting to give me my money or my parcel back. They want to get away with it by giving me senseless excuses when the proof is right in front o[censored]s.
Despite being a loyal customer and being patient with all their one line answers like " Please wait for 24-48hours" this is what I get ! An abruptly closed case without a solid answer/resolution.
Shiprocket has now folded hands and has told me that they won't be able to help me in this as the parcel is aparently "Delivered" on their app/website panel. I need someone to look into this case closely as I have been scammed.
Shiprocket customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
