Firstly i ordered from brand hawtlash and the delivery partner didnt deliver.. he didnt even call once or came at home and due to this the order got cancelled
Then i again placed the order and i was waiting today that order will be delivered but again when i tracked it was written consignee unavailable
I called the delivry person that u didnt even came still you are saying this
He said he ll come in evening but then he stopped answering my calls and when i called from another number he picked and hearing the voice he disconnected
This is highly unaccepatble

    I have not received my product against AW [protected] due to negligency of the said courier service. They have sent a message that customer is not reachable but I have not received any call from them after that I have called one employee of the xpress bees his name is not known to me but his number is [protected] he is assuring me the delivery of the product but now he is not picking up my call and now the product is showing as RTO..Xpress internationally did this.         As a small business owner, I have been shipping my orders via various shipments (Ecom Express, Delhivery, Xpressbees) under the parent company ShipRocket. I didn't have any problem this far, but surprisingly Ecom Express has raised certain false weight discrepancies against me one by one.

        In the case of (Order id:[protected], AWB Number [protected]), the package weight is .496kg but I was charged for 1kg (which I gladly paid). So I already paid for an extra .504kg. But ShipRocket deducted 53 rupees more claiming that I didn't pay for .504kg which is only possible if the package weight was 1.504 kg (which isn't the case).

        In the case of (Order id:[protected], AWB Number [protected]), the package weight is .403kg but I was charged for 1kg (which I gladly paid). So I already paid for an extra .597kg. But ShipRocket deducted 53 rupees more claiming that I didn't pay for .597kg which is only possible if the package weight was 1.597 kg (which isn't the case).

        In the case of (Order id:[protected], AWB Number [protected]), the package weight is .496kg but I was charged for 1.5kg (which I gladly paid). So I already paid for an extra 1.004kg. But ShipRocket deducted 106 rupees more claiming that I didn't pay for 1.004kg which is only possible if the package weight was 2.5004 kg(which isn't the case).

        As I didn't notice the mail regarding these discrepancies, 212(106+53+53) rupees was deducted from my ShipRocket wallet in the name of Auto acceptance of those claims which I didn't notice. When I contacted ShipRocket customer care, the executives were unable to help me even after I provided them with logical explanations regarding this basic math. They kept me asking for pictures of these parcels and I was unable to provide them because these are orders that had been already shipped by me, received by the customer and opened by them as well.

        Not only that, Ecom Express has already raised 4 other false claims (Order ids:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] of the same kind which I, fortunately, noticed and didn't accept. When I contacted ShipRocket customer care regarding this, the same picture as proof talk started from their side.

        I am attaching screenshots from the app to sustain the validity of my words.

        I kindly request you to take the necessary steps to ensure that I get back my 212 rupees and I also request you to take legal steps against ShipRocket and Ecom Express so that they can't harass small business owners like me in the name of company policies.

        similar situation for me.
        I have been charged according to 3.5kg for a courier of 0.8kg.
        I shipped my courier on shiprocket via delhivery and the image uploaded by delhivery shows the weight is 1.1kg
        I have uploaded the images showing the same below.

          Abnormal delay/ parcel untraceable

          Delhivery AWB[protected] shipped from Gaya to Pune via shiprocket has been untraceable since 20th October. There is improper response from both shiprocket and delhivery, everytime I escalate, they say it is untraceable and ask me to check back after 7 days. It is a big box of nearly 30x30x50cm, not sure how such a big box becomes untraceable.

          This is highly unprofessional behavior. Requesting a resolution for the same....

          I want to file a case against Shiprocket for cheating me as a consumer. I had returns pending with Shiprocket that were supposed to be delivered to my place. Unfortunately, I was not at my place that day and a guy from shiprocket called me regarding the returns. I was driving at that time so I called my wife to receive those parcels. That delivery guy asked my wife to sign on that paper and made her sign on 7 deliveries while he just delivered four of them. I have stopped all types of Business with Shiprocket now and request all new Entrepreneurs to stop doing business with Shiprocket. Below are the AWB numbers that I have not received. When I called these guys they told me that the time duration of the Complaint is over and nothing can be done now. AWB - [protected], [protected], [protected] Please do what needs to be done here. Provide a appropriate resolution for this.

              I ordered with shiprocket on 14th october 2021 but still not received it
              Contact their customer care they are saying contact your seller, I contacted him he said they are saying me that it will be delivered tomorrow although they were trying to escape from this issue my product is still stuck and I cant cancel my order too and when tracking the order they saying no data available

                A parcel was booked on 7th October 2021 vide booking CN No. :[protected], for which they charged me 550/- for 10 kgs (₹55/kg), and promised to deliver within 5-7 days. But it's over 19 days and I am tet to receive the same. Every time they keep in changing the delivery date since last 12 days & there is no response from the company.

                        I was ship 2 shipments from Shiprocket by Ecom Express on 10th October 2021distance of 20Km. Today is 20th October, My 2 shipments are not delivered and lying on the same hub. I was called several times to the customer support but they don't even know how these shipments are not attempting the delivery. Every time ShipRocket charging for fake RTO and delivery attempt as forward and reverse shipping charges from all the customers.

                          I have placed one order #[protected] in shiprocket to deliver a parcel to customer on 8th oct'21. On 16th Oct, i can see status of order is Out for delivery . All of a sudden on 16th Oct evening i can see the status is order undelivered and NDR raised(1st attempt), and suddenly RTO initiated.
                          I checked with customer, shadowfax surface didn't attempt any delivery, no phone call received by customer and they updtae status as Customer refused . Whereas shadowfax surface BOT send message to customer in whatsapp that if they want that product or not and my customer already send acceptance message and BOT send message that item will be deliver on next working day.
                          But suddenly RTO initiated status updated by shiprocket.
                          Fake status are being updated shiprocket day by day and charging high RTO charges and delivery charges eventhough not delivered the product .

                            SHIPROCKET IS NOT DELIVERING PRODUCTS EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING UP SO MANY TIMES. THEY HAVE REPLIED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE SO CLEAN. LAST UPDATE HAPPENED ON 8TH OCT SAYING THAT THE ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, WHCIH IS FAKE UPDATE. NO ACTION TAKEN THEIR AFTER. THE PICK UP AND DELIVRY LOCATION MAXIMUM WITHIN 80 KMs INSIDE THE SAME CITY. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS DONE SECOND TIME. SHIPROCKET IS NOT READY TO COMPENSATE AS WELL.

                            BELOW IS THE REPLY FROM SHIPROCKET AFTER 15 DAYS:-
                            "For the shipment against the AWB number- [protected], unfortunately, it is undelivered due to the reason- "Wrong Address". We have checked that your case is already escalated to the respective team to re-attempt the delivery of the shipment as it is undelivered due to fake remarks from the courier's end."-------SHIPROCKET

                              AWB [protected] (Parcel from O kinnaur) was shipped on 3.10.2021
                              Shiprocket send me a message ' It will reach you by 7.10.2021'
                              On 12.10. 2021 they said that it will reach you by 15.10.2021. Till up to date it has not reach me. It says that I have changed my address which is completely false. How and why should I chage my permanent home address. The parcel contains perishable items. In case there is damage to my articles due to delay in shipment you will be responsible.
                              Take the matter urgently.

                                  It has been 16 days my package has not been delivered neither returned.
                                  I have done so many complaints and calls to call centres still they are not taking any action regarding the same.
                                  I have beared the losses of minimum Rs5000/- just because of their poor services. I had to go their any deliver the goods of the client as it was her marriage on that day.
                                  Shiprocket is just giving fake remarks of delivery attempt. They are not even telling where my parcel is..
