Shiprocket send me a message ' It will reach you by 7.10.2021'
On 12.10. 2021 they said that it will reach you by 15.10.2021. Till up to date it has not reach me. It says that I have changed my address which is completely false. How and why should I chage my permanent home address. The parcel contains perishable items. In case there is damage to my articles...

I requested for picked up my personal docs on shiprocket with Ecom Express Pvt Ltd courier but from 15 days till now not get my parcel and it's pickup completed on 5th Oct 2k21 but shiprocket not giving me any information and not solving my problem in this regards. My AWB number for Ecom Express Pvt Ltd courier is [protected]. So please help me in this problem....

Dear Sir,
It has been 16 days my package has not been delivered neither returned.
I have done so many complaints and calls to call centres still they are not taking any action regarding the same.
I have beared the losses of minimum Rs5000/- just because of their poor services. I had to go their any deliver the goods of the client as it was her marriage on that day.
Shiprocket is just giving fake remarks of delivery...

Please be informed that Iam receiving a fraudulent parcel with COD .
Yesterday(11th October 2021) I received a parcel with COD of Rs 945, but as soon as I opened the package the parcel was a fraud order which none of my family ordered. I have attached the transaction details of the same. I have also attached the message of the fraud orders that are being shipped to my place(One of which I haven't received).br...

Instead of going with Shiprocket we go with Single Vendor because we are waiting for 5 days for order pickup but still they are not responding properly, this really affects the business. This is a waste of time and money with the Shiprocket service....

I ordered a neck pendant from Lavastra, it was supposed to be delivered to me by oct 3 . But I got a message in oct 3 stating my product is delivered but it wasn't . Ig everything is a scam : )...

I have order the product on 21st sept. On 27th sept it reached KOLKATA according to tracking. However, after that there is no movement of the product. I would never ever recommend to use SHIPROCKET as delivery services. They doesn't have any customer care for the buyers. Are you joking. Who made you the number 1 courier company. Look at the complaints. You are going to fail big time if you continue providing this type of services. Just fade...

Dear ship rocket i file A complaint against misguide of customer when customer is all in this market. I shipped a parcel[protected] to 12 sep for my customer and your delivery boy said to my customer they are fake or please cancel the order. And they not delivered in 3 of attempt daily they call to customer and ask for address or location and said I will come in 10 mins. This is one complaint.

After rto i send it again...

This is the second time in two months I have suffered endless delay and lies from the Shiprocket delivery guys. They have fancy WhatsApp messaging service that randomly claims that they tried to deliver the product but couldn’t because home was closed!! My home is never closed… there’s no call from the delivery boy, no intimation - just plain lies. This company needs to be banned....

Money was debited and showing successful in my gpay but in shiprocket wallet it's showing 0.0 amount....

A delivery person from shiprocket called me to get a help to reach at my place so i asked my parents not to leave the house as he was just next to my building but he dint turn up..
my parents wer waiting for that person so that after taking the delivery they can move out …. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL
