I've been calling incessantly every day to your customer support helpline to get a grip on the situation. And every day a new customer support executive assures me that the issue has been escalated and the pick up would be done that day. But now it has been an entire week and there has been no progress.
I haven't been given a reason for the delay or a definitive timeline for some action to take place.

    Shiprocket Support is the worst they close the ticket based on the feedback from their service providers. They don't hear it conform the updates from the consignee or consigner.

    The service providers just make fake attempts about the delivery and then mark it as RTO to get paid again. No attempt is paid and I have been calling the support for 6-7 days but no proper updates have been provided.

    They charge me Twice 1 for sending the parcel and 2nd for RTO, without delivering it and its 2nd time happen with me

      I was sent a cancelled order by mistake and the seller asked me not to accept the parcel, so that it will go back to the seller and I get my refund. I was away from home and my family asked the delivery boy to take it back and return it. He said he will take it tomorrow and forced it upon them. And now, he has marked it as delivered. I haven't even shared the OTP with him. Now, this is sending wrong message to the seller. I request you to take proper action so that he will collect it promptly as early as possible and avoid such occurences in future.

      Nobody from shiprocket has contacted me or came to pick up the parcel yet. Because of the incompetent delivery person, the seller is not refunding my money. Please arrange for pick up atleast tomorrow.

        My wallet is in 18k negative and got 7 new dispute for 15k, 7k and 8k they have charged me insane amount

          I'm writing this to inform you that I've registered a complaint at consumer court for not delivering my product after following up so much and instructing to provide my number to the delivery person so that he could reach me out.
          Now my payment being concern I would expect my refund at the earliest.

              I ordered an article on 2 Dec and the seller shipped the order with shiprocket, but as I was assured that it will be delivered on 11th Dec so I paid them the money (the product was sold through amazon) but still I didn't get it, when I tracked it found that the product was in Gurugram at the date of delivery and said to be delivered on 15th Dec. AWB- [protected]

              Product was sold through New Baba Sales and Services or Baba Corp.

                  The delivery man called me and told me he was near my location and would make the delivery. I also sent him my location on whatsapp for his convenience. Just few minutes after I received a message saying " the delivery partner couldn't contact me & I was unreachable " whereas we just talked over the phone. Then after a few minutes I called and he told me his scooter broke down. I said okay and I was even willing to go to the place where he was as it was near my house. When I called him & asked him where he was he told me "I came home cause I am sick." When I asked him why did he just tell me his scooter broke down and then suddenly he's at home. He told me its none of my business and if I want my parcel I have to go to the office and take it. He even told me, " Go, go and complain" like woww. What am I even supposed to say. Is it my parcel or his? The tone of his voice and his attitude was veryy disgusting. I am just writing this down here cause he wanted me to complain. So, this is how shiprocket delivery partners treat their customers. Neverrrr do anything with shiprocket its a hugeee mistake.

                    I am writing this to bring into notice that a parcel booked with Shiprocket, under AWB no. : [protected], carrier: Ecom Express, is now officially misplaced.

                    Shipment booked FROM : Siliguri, West Bengal, 734001 TO : Morena, Madhya Pradesh, 476001

                    Since almost a month, my parcel remains undelivered and the whereabouts of the parcel is unknown to me. Despite raising numerous complaints with shiprocket, they have failed to resolve my query and have abruptly closed my case without a resolution. (Screenshot attached)

                    The shipment was "marked" as delivered yesterday, 15th November(screenshot attached), but their panel shows that it was delivered on 26th October. ( Of which I have attached the proof that even after 26th the parcel wasn't delivered and still is not delivered till date, 30th November). While requesting to raise a POD, I got an answer that I "should have" raised it within 7 days of delivery. Which is completely absurd as the shipment was marked as delivered on 15th November itself. (Screenshot attached).
                    So, please tell me how should I travel back in time to raise a POD ?

                    Also, I have been using shiprocket for a while now, and I have not seen a parcel getting delivered without it being scanned as "reached destination/out for delivery". Which in this case was stuck in gwalior since 13th of october and was marked as RTO on 26th October. ( Screenshot attached )

                    While tracking the AWB number on the courier's ( Ecom express ) site, it still shows that the parcel is in their delivery center. ( Screenshot attached ). So how could Shiprocket mark it as "delivered" on their own ?

                    The only thing that I could "assume" from all this is that my parcel has been lost and Shiprocket is not wanting to give me my money or my parcel back. They want to get away with it by giving me senseless excuses when the proof is right in front o[censored]s.

                    Despite being a loyal customer and being patient with all their one line answers like " Please wait for 24-48hours" this is what I get ! An abruptly closed case without a solid answer/resolution.

                    Shiprocket has now folded hands and has told me that they won't be able to help me in this as the parcel is aparently "Delivered" on their app/website panel. I need someone to look into this case closely as I have been scammed.

                        This is with respect to AWB[protected]. The shipment status shows as damaged, however there is no guarantee that this is actually damaged, while speaking with the customer care, I understand that they will not be able to provide a proof of damage. This sounds suspicious as the shipment can be stolen and flagged as Damaged and later flagged it as Disposed off. Shiprocket services have been very disappointing.

                          For the last 3 days, I get calls from one of the delivery persons named Uttam Karmakar, whenever I receive the call Either he mutes or puts me on hold for a long time. I have called customer care as well, but no help has been provided yet. For reference, I am attaching all the related details here. Even have attached the call recording as well. Request you to take immediate action against it & kindly do the needful ASAP.

                          I am just fed up with the pick service. Bad experience.

                              Its been more than 6 days I am expecting my parcel at my place. Is this the kind of service you people deliver, I mean you are disrespecting your own customers. You should be responsible enough to take that responsibility and deliver that parcel on time.

                                  BrowserStack Inc. has arranged a Diwali gift for the employees but I did not receive the gift yet. When I contacted Ecom Express customer care, they mentioned that they have not received the package from Shiprocket.

                                    I sent parcel to my customer via ecom express on shiprocket platform on 31st october and it was supposed to be delivered on 6th november.
                                    after picking up the parcel, they changed delivery date to 11th november.
                                    Then i complained on shiprocket platform and escalated delivery and they showed date of 11th november.
                                    on 11th november again they failed to deliver the parcel and when i called shiprocket customer care, they said to wait for 24-48hours
                                    I again called after 24 hours and they again said we will deliver it within 24 hours.
                                    on 13th, i again called shiprocket customer care and they again told me to wait for 24-48 hours. then i also called ecom express customer care and they are also not giving any information and told me to wait till 16th november.

                                    after waiting till 17th november, again today on 19th november i called both shiprocket and ecom express and today also they are telling me that please wait for 24-48hours.

                                    both the companies are playing with my parcel like a football and not giving any solid information that where my parcel is and when it will reach. they just say wait for 24 hours. they are also not giving any delivery dates now.
