I have given order to my vendor to provide me sandal wood tree and he has courier through shiprocket from assam to bihar vide tracking number dated . in a shiprocket site it is showing that customer is not available at site and courier return back.

i have two mobile number also to contact if any problem in finding location but courier company has not called on my mobile number and i am quite sure they did not went to delivery address also where already 5 to 6 persons are available on a location
this is very pathetic and hope company will take action against him.
i have wasted my 400 rs.of courier

            I recomadate not to give business such kind of fraud company. I have so much proof wherein they didi not deliver the items and give fake remarks after so many complaint the result is they deduct my wallet amount directly so cheap you are . I will move forward this complaint to RBI I request to RBI to cancel their licence also just watch

                Bad behaviour of delivery guy

                I have ordered some products from iba cosmetics on 26th of March it arrived on my door the delivery guy is so rude, disrespectful, he don't have any manners. He knows my home as 2 times he delivered on my door still he ask many questions about my address and talked for 2 min 39 secs. I ws not in home that time, i tried to cut his call to inform my mother but he didn't let me to cut the cll and he was asking personal questions about my family....

                I had ordered 7 tops, (order number 111799 ) from fashchic and these shiprocket people got it delivered, and then when i open the parcel i find 4 tops, i mean did you eat up the remaining three tops?
                and in the bill you have cross marked in front of those 3 tops which were undelivered? what cross mrk? r u mad?

                  i acccept the raised weight discrepancies but u can see in pic or
                  photo that there are two parsals with same dimention and same weight
                  but amount is very big of 1 parsal so i dont understand that how i can
                  put 32 kg in 16.5 x9x16.5 cm like very small parsal. so check and
                  solve this issue urgent

                    I am using shiprocket for courier but now days I am facing lots of NDR comments and late reattempt.
                    I have multiple Times call to customer support of shiprocket but no any proper solution from their side.
                    This activities impact on our customer experience and making our business loss making.

                    We have multiple times call of customer support and spend a long time but not any proper action and solution we are feeling irritated & helpless.

                      On 25th Feb 2021 at 12:31 AM, I was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 1000. I completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is SBI bank and I use amazonpay UPI to pay, but on ship rocket I did not received rs. 1000.

                        I sent material to one of my customer in Bangalore. The shipment was supposed to be deliver by 29 jan. But when not delivered I check status shown delivery attempt and NDR raised. I discuss with Buyer. Buyer confirmed that no one called.
                        I clear NDR sharing screenshot. But customer support doesnt listen and said that they are looking into the matter. On 2nd feb at 6:30 Pm I Called again and they ensure me that shipment will be delivered by 3rd feb.

                        But at 9:30 pm on 2nd Feb I see that RTO generated and my amount debited.

                        I dont understand what is the use of escalation and informing on time. If already thing is under communication than why RTO generated. I send no. Of mails and chat and call but whatever they said was all fake. It they are really taking action then RTO was not generated.

                        SHIPROCKET is unreliable and have worst customer support I have ever seen in any of the service industry.

                        I lost my customer and future business just because of Shiprocket.

                            Hi.
                            Im In Texttile business for many years. We sent parcel to all over india from tiruppur. Before we use various couriers like dtdc, Trackon, Maruthi, anjani, etc.. Bt one my customer suggest Shiprocket app.
                            So im using this app for my booking for nearly 6 months.
                            When we book the parcel, Their price is comparativly very lower than other courier companies.
                            So we sent lot of parcels via them. Before sending the parcel we measure Dimensions and weight.
                            Bt after sometime We noticed that amount debited from our wallet lot of times. When we check the reason it shows weight discrepancy.
                            They raise this issue after they deliver the parcel, Normally after 10 days of delivery.
                            They says we measured the dimension and weight wrong, So they charged extra amnt from my wallet silently.
                            Bt we dont have to do that.
                            For example we sent 38 round neck tshirts that weights around 9 kgs. Bt after 20 days they says that parcel weights 23 kgs and take extra amount. Now the parcel is already delivered. So we cant Prove.
                            They are doing this as scam. They take very high amount for small parcels, and they says we are the cheaters by entering wrong weight and dimension.
                            23kgs / 38 pcs = 600 grams per tshirt.
                            How pathetic is this. Round neck tshirts weights around 220-260grams.

                              They charge my account and do not help further with any of my queries, no communication nothing they do and all they do is deduct the money an individual would recharge their account with. customer care do not help all they do is give written answers to us. no help from customer care.

                                Shiprocket is the most unethical company in the industry. I used to work with them in regular basis and did a business of almost 1, 00, 000/- suddenly one day I started recieving wieght disperancy and I asked customer care why is this happening, he told me breifly to raise a dispute and meanwhile to make another account to process my delivery . I did the same, now they charged me with 22k of wieght disperancy and now threating me to file a case against me which happened due to their carlessness.
                                They are the biggest fraudsters in the industry

                                  I have shipped 3 parcels to Delhi using Ship Rocket through Ekart. The three shipments are showing delivered on 6th January, 2021 but non of them delivered yet. The total value of the shipment was Rs 13, 000/- (Thirteen Thousand Only). I contacted shiprocket through support but they are giving automated replies only. No one is helping to solve the issue. Please deliver the shipments on urgent basis or reimburse us for the loss.

                                      I'm a student and i have been using shiprocket since 2/09/2020 for my small business. They have deducted money from my wallet multiple times without my consent. Today on 30/12/2020 i received a freight invoice of Rs 1065/- which is total shipping cost of all the orders paid during the month of December. One cannot create any order without recharging the wallet, all orders are prepaid then also they sent me a bill of INR 1065/- and deducted money from my wallet without my consent. They have been doing this fraud since a long time and i have all transaction details to support my claim. I have made all payments and i have no dues. Kindly ask them to refund my deducted money back
