Hi.
Im In Texttile business for many years. We sent parcel to all over india from tiruppur. Before we use various couriers like dtdc, Trackon, Maruthi, anjani, etc.. Bt one my customer suggest Shiprocket app.
So im using this app for my booking for nearly 6 months.
When we book the parcel, Their price is comparativly very lower than other courier companies.
So we sent lot of parcels via them. Before sending the parcel we measure Dimensions and weight.
Bt after sometime We noticed that amount debited from our wallet lot of times. When we check the reason it shows weight discrepancy.
They raise this issue after they deliver the parcel, Normally after 10 days of delivery.
They says we measured the dimension and weight wrong, So they charged extra amnt from my wallet silently.
Bt we dont have to do that.
For example we sent 38 round neck tshirts that weights around 9 kgs. Bt after 20 days they says that parcel weights 23 kgs and take extra amount. Now the parcel is already delivered. So we cant Prove.
They are doing this as scam. They take very high amount for small parcels, and they says we are the cheaters by entering wrong weight and dimension.
23kgs / 38 pcs = 600 grams per tshirt.
How pathetic is this. Round neck tshirts weights around 220-260grams.

    They charge my account and do not help further with any of my queries, no communication nothing they do and all they do is deduct the money an individual would recharge their account with. customer care do not help all they do is give written answers to us. no help from customer care.

      Shiprocket is the most unethical company in the industry. I used to work with them in regular basis and did a business of almost 1, 00, 000/- suddenly one day I started recieving wieght disperancy and I asked customer care why is this happening, he told me breifly to raise a dispute and meanwhile to make another account to process my delivery . I did the same, now they charged me with 22k of wieght disperancy and now threating me to file a case against me which happened due to their carlessness.
      They are the biggest fraudsters in the industry

        I have shipped 3 parcels to Delhi using Ship Rocket through Ekart. The three shipments are showing delivered on 6th January, 2021 but non of them delivered yet. The total value of the shipment was Rs 13, 000/- (Thirteen Thousand Only). I contacted shiprocket through support but they are giving automated replies only. No one is helping to solve the issue. Please deliver the shipments on urgent basis or reimburse us for the loss.

          I have ordered autodoc Liquid Scratch Repair Wax from mummytrends.com which is not yet delivered to me. Daily receiving msgs that product will get delivered today, but no executive have contacted me yet from Shiprocket. Very poor service of Shiprocket. No support for customer contact.

            I'm a student and i have been using shiprocket since 2/09/2020 for my small business. They have deducted money from my wallet multiple times without my consent. Today on 30/12/2020 i received a freight invoice of Rs 1065/- which is total shipping cost of all the orders paid during the month of December. One cannot create any order without recharging the wallet, all orders are prepaid then also they sent me a bill of INR 1065/- and deducted money from my wallet without my consent. They have been doing this fraud since a long time and i have all transaction details to support my claim. I have made all payments and i have no dues. Kindly ask them to refund my deducted money back

              I booked a shipment from shiprocket and choose delhivery as a couier agent, they do not deliver my consignment, from past 10 days, Soukya road banglore warehouse of delhivery keep my consignments with no reasons .I have made prepaid payment online, still they are not delivering any of my consignment and used to write false reasons on tracking sheet that consumer is not contact able but my both number are in working conditions they are working even in low network area too, please help

                I have a single shiprocket account. They are saying I have multiple accounts and not providing any information customer care is pathetic and very rude.
                I used Cod delivery my amount got stuck 1750 and in walet 189. They are not giving any resolution. I am fed up of this.

                  Shiprocket is fraud company as i was a prepaid customer of shiprocket they given me offer to ship my parcels to whole india @ 40 rs and for cod it was 100. So i started shipping on cod but they are not releasing my cod remittance amount its been more than 3 months.
                  Now what they have done is they over charged my parcels if a parcel cost 40 they charged 200 for that now not releasing my funds . They have my 95000 rs as cod remittance

                    I am a small business with small profit margins. Shiprocket periodically hits us with baseless weight discrepancies strangely only occurring with one courier XPRESSBEES. In one case, a necklace weight 50grams was charged the amount of a 2kg parcel. To counter this weight discrepancy, our wallet amount and COD remittances are kept on hold, hampering my ability to ship continuously and customer service seriously. Shiprocket, I have never faced any weight issues from any other shipping company except xpressbees, which is truly. In this particular case, the weight discrepancies are from 6th of November, and I am writing this on 18th December. Obviously since i ship a hundred parcels a month, i dont have the image of the length, breadth, height and label from a month ago. which means i have to accept these baseless charges and cut into our already small profit. Obviously i will never ship with them again, but its a shame that this nightmare of a logistics company is ruining so many small income sources for individuals like me.

                      Dear team, I have enrolled for the Advanced Plan of Shiprocket for the international shipment and contact them regarding international shipment activation for at least 2 months but they didn't activate my account and not providing a refund for the plan that I didn't use. So take any proper action and if you required proof I have all the mail proof and I also asked for arranging a callback but they never respond to this.

                        I dispatched a courier on 17 Aug 2020 for 1049/- from delhi to gurgaon. They took Rs.96 as courier charges. They took 3.5 weeks to get my courier delivered, from delhi to gurgaon. Due to super late delivery customer rejected the courier, and ordered item from else where. After that RTO was scheduled to intiate. Its been more than 5 months, i Haven't got any refund, nor got my RTO delivered. i have called more than 30 times in 5.5 months, shiprocket has failed to provide me any solution. They have mentally tortured and harassed me for 5.5 months.
                        for same problem they have created more than 8 ticket no., and still no solution. for every ticket created, they treat my issue as a fresh case, fact is my case isn't new its 5.5 months old.
                        I got end no. of email from shiprocket, that they will either call me, and provide me solution in 48 hours, but its been 5.5 months, no one ever called me, nor provided any meaningful email. I dropped them email for same matter twice, still got no solution. They have mentally tortured me to an extent, that every-time i call them, i have headache for whole day.
                        Till date i have learned, they way there customer speak, what all the have been trained to say, that is NOTHING.
                        i m into tears, how can a company harass and mentally torture to a customer to this extent.
                        I did a crime by ever opting shiprocket, and sending my courier through that.
                        Please someone help me!

                        This is the same thing that they've done with me. My parcel was not delivered and just to close the case they've shown it as delivered. While registering complaints all they know is " give us 24-48 hours " and after every 48 hours this is what they ask. I am not sure why have they kept humans in their support team when the same task could be done by machines. Horrible customer service.

                          I am a garments seller based in Kolkata, my company name is SUNSHINE TRENDS, I have been using SHIPROCKET to courier items all over W.B & India. But since 15th October my office was closed as several staffs and myself were diagonised with Covid-19 so I have to close my office. But on 7 Dec I started my business and logged into my Shiprocket A/c and to my surprise Rs. 2400/- was deducted in the name of weight disperancies on several counts without any concent and/or approval.
                          when talked with Shiprocket customercare they told me they sent me mail in my business mail account regarding the same, which I was unable to see as I was in home quratine.
                          Therefore under this pandenic situation Shiprocket took the advantage of a dormant A/c which is not accesed dor more than 50 days and has a substantial wallet balance deducted money of around Rs. 2400/- without any intimation or concent.
                          Its a classic case of online fraud when the customer is not reachable or dormant business A/c they wait for such opportunity to take advantage of the situation to rob them, this is absurd and the most unfortunate thing they are taking such steps in the backdrop of a pandemic.

                                I m very dissappointed with shiprockrt as my complaint was not taken seriously. and not investigated properly. my 2 pakets were changed and delivered to customer after changing inside content in sealed courier bag with changed shipping label. i complained about this and given all image proofs what i sent what buyer received, its clearly showing packets were changed and shipping label is also different

                                the support service excecutive saying its delivered in intact condition but there is no proofs for that. if it was in intact condition then how the shipping label is changed. i given all proofs, and images i clicked on the time of packing weight dimentions all imaged is on panel, but inspite that my compaint was not taken seriously. every time its denied saying its delivered in intact condition.

                                  I m very disappointed with ship rocket services as they dont work on customer complaints properly. just delay the complaint and close it without any resolution,

                                  this is regarding one of my RTO shipment which is not delivered to me back and on status its marked delivered on some other location address. when i informed about this they saying its delivered to me, i asked them to provide me POD where i signed, they have no answer for that just want to close the issue saying this its delivered

                                    daily i am using this ship rocket courier agent for my business purpose.
                                    4 times issue happened with this company. In courier tracking it showed delivered but customer didn't received Courier. Like this four time happened so please consider my complaint and take action . My business is impacted and i got almost 10000 around lost. I having small of scale of business only please help me out.

                                    Monthy 30000 to 50000 i billing for courier service.

                                      I am highly disappointed and feel cheated by shiprocket services.
                                      My reverse pick up was delayed by more than a month, and then the delivery boy delivered our reverse parcel to the building guard on 30th October. We requested him to deliver it to us but he refused and ran away.
                                      What we got in the reverse pick up was not our product, instead, some cheap product was delivered to us.

                                      On 3rd November I received a mail from your end sharing POD of the reverse shipment which has a sign of our employee Raja (Chandraprakash).

                                      Those sign are not done by Raja and forged by some one else. Also Raja sign every document by his real name Chandra Prakash.

                                      Its a clear case of forgery of signature and fraud.

                                      I will to bring to your notice that forgery of signature is a crime under Section 464 in The Indian Penal Code

                                      464 Making a false document. — [A person is said to make a false document or false electronic record— First —Who dishonestly or fradulently—
                                      (a) makes, signs, seals or executes a document or part of a document;
                                      (b) makes or transmits any electronic record or part of any electronic record;
                                      (c) affixes any [electronic signature] on any electronic record;
                                      (d) makes any mark denoting the execution of a document or the authenticity of the [electronic signature],

                                      Also I will like to bring to your notice Section 407 in the Indian Penal Code: Criminal breach of trust by carrier, etc— Whoever, being entrusted with property as a carrier, wharfinger or warehouse-keeper, commits criminal breach of trust in respect of such property, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

                                      Section 468 is applied and prescribes punishment only to the cases of forgery with the purpose of cheating. It is an aggravated form of forgery with an additional ingredient that is ‘purpose of cheating’ and gives a penalty o[censored]p to a 7 year jail term. This section only applies where forgery is committed by the offender with the intention o[censored]sing forged document or forged electronic record for the purpose of cheating.

                                      These 3 laws were broken when some one forged our signature on POD.

                                      It is getting painful for me to keep requesting you for a solution to shiprocket.

                                      I am sharing real signature of Raja (Chandra Prakash) and forged signature on POD for your ease.

                                      Lastly I think this is not an isloted incidence, a lot of other e commerce companies are making same complain against shiprocket services.

                                      It is not a matter of product value refund, its a matter of criminal offence.

                                      I think all should get united against these to fight for justice

                                        I have shipped some parcel thorough this company, my parcel is delayed by 1 week, i have dropped several emails and also dropped call back request for. Senior to answe when wull i receive the parcel, but no one answering.
                                        Calls are handeled by junior staff who only escalte your calls and no resolutions is provided.

                                        Two people in the company from senior team have committed have taken things for granted and purposely avoid calls rather avoiding and fulfilling there assigned duty.

                                        There is no authority in the company to whom complain can be raised, i have tried through call, emails, social media but my ticket is still open or in process.

                                        They are not abiding by there terms and policies of agreement
